⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE – SHADY PRACTICES AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was not informed that it had a serious emergency malfunction system defect. This is a major safety concern and should have been disclosed at the time of sale. After I discovered the issue, I reached out to the dealership. I spoke with David, the dealership manager, and explained the situation in full. Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all — his only offer was a free oil change, which is completely unacceptable considering the severity of the problem. Later, Michelle, a Customer Relations Specialist, reached out to me after I left an initial review. I followed up by emailing her to explain everything again — and since then, I haven’t heard a single word back. No one is taking this matter seriously. At this point, I am pursuing legal action and preparing to send a certified letter directly to the owner and his son detailing what happened.
