Pedro Martinez is a salesman extraordinaire. We had been communicating with him on the internet asking many questions about various question about various SUVs. Since Pedro had answered all our questions, we request to speak with him. We were cautious at first as he appeared very young, but he proved that age was not a problem. Pedro was more than happy to have us just look at a SUV. He was not pushy nor rude. He listened very well and respected us. He knew when to remain quiet and when to talk. He spoke clearly, without slang, rough words (cursing), innuendos or put downs. We decide to try out anther auto which Pedro arranged fast. We had not intended to buy that day, but we did. Pedro was very helpful with all kinds of answers, facts and knowledge. When there was a question that he needed additional information, he sought out the answer quickly and accurately. Pedro interacted with us in a way that did not leave us feeling he only wanted to interact with only one of us. Pedro is why we bought from Westshore Honda and why we bought that day.
