Blatant Fraud! I brought a newly purchased used Honda Clarity to be checked and get a required tire rotation. Was informed the car needed cabin filter, air filter and brake fluid change estimated at just under 300.00. Was then charged 35.74 for the tire rotation. Total time at dealership was about 1 hr 30 min. Went to car and noticed my right rear tire was curbed last week and was still on the right rear. After 1.5 hrs waiting I was charged for a tire rotation that I proved had not been done. Yes, they refunded the charge after admitting the work was not done. I now have 0 faith in this dealer. More

New car had to go in for service the next day after buying because car alarm kept going off. Fixed it and car has been running great ever since. However, a week after I bought the car I discovered that the finance person I worked with added $1,700 worth of extras onto my car when I told him I didn’t want anything extra. I found out one of the extras was rubber floor mats that he did not even give to me. The other was a paint protection package which he also did no supply me with the cleaning items which came with that. He was clearly trying to hide the fact that he added any extras. After I brought this to their attention they refunded mw, however told me that the finance person was trying to “help me”. Not sure how it helps when they charge you $ for something they did not provide. More
