I was sold a car that I thought had a speck on the window; only to discover that the windshield is actually nicked. I cannot phantom how the service department did not see it. Additionally, I only received one key. In the past when I have purchased lease returns, I have received two keys. I have owned Hondas in the past this has been my most disappointing experience. The people, Mr. Pedro Martinez, and Rahmmie were very nice but I am not as happy with the dealership as I have been in the past. I am prayerful that this situation will be rectified soon. More
I purchased my vehicle five months ago and it’s been serviced three times now. I was told a new battery was put in my vehicle upon purchase and was just charged $270 to replace it. My overall experience has been extremely underwhelming. I feel completely taken advantage of and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Soy cliente de este dealer hace un tiempo y apesar de varias situaciones estaba conforme con uds, pero intenté comprar otro vehículo allí y corrieron mi crédito no solo una vez, ni un día, sino más de 4 varias situaciones estaba conforme con uds, pero intenté comprar otro vehículo allí y corrieron mi crédito no solo una vez, ni un día, sino más de 4 o 5 veces en diferentes fechas, cuando me habían dicho que con solo una vez ya se podría hacer algo o buscar alternativas en caso de no aprobar el carro que quería, me lleve una truck para la casa, supuestamente ya aprobado y todo listo, la cual iba sin gasolina y llene el tanque con dinero de mi bolsillo, al día siguiente tuve que regresarla porque supuestamente no se aprobó el negocio, entonces quedaron el vender de devolver mi dinero gastado en gasolina y esto fue hace 2 meses y no he recibido respuesta al día de hoy 3 de enero 2025 y esto fue en noviembre, además jamás ni una disculpa por haber pasado tanto mi crédito y dañarlo a tal forma de bajar más de 30 puntos , esto es inaceptable en una supuesta empresa seria y responsable que creo que eran, esto deberían compensarlo de alguna manera porque a mí sí me acarreó muchos problemas, es difícil subir el puntaje del crédito como para que uds lo bajen así de golpe y sin algo claro, ni dando soluciones, sigo a la espera aun que el vendedor Cassatt, que fue quien me atendió y dijo regresar el dinero del combustible se mencione y al menos un reconocimiento tener por este daño causado injustamente por uds a mi récord crediticio, sigo atento More
