The techs need more training and attention to details. When they rotate tires, they should check tire pressure and tighten caps. Maybe more follow up after mistakes are corrected. I do feel I need to check every repair done and do not like that feeling for my security. And these issues are for small items, I feel alittle uneasy if major repairs are needed down the road because my car is getting older. More
