We had an awesome experience with the Westshore Honda dealership. We have bought other cars from other dealerships and never had as smooth of a process as we had with Westshore. Manager was rude. Insulting, condescending. During negotiation the representative stated the difference per month is not alot. That if I can't afford it they will give Insulting, condescending. Absolutely horrible experience at Westshore Honda. Buyer beware. Definition of bait and switch. If I could give negative stars, I would. The sales rep, Aven Herrell, agreed to MSRP, tax, tag, title an Buyer beware. Definition of bait and switch. If I could give negative stars, I would. The sales rep, Aven Herrell, agreed to MSRP, tax, tag, title and dealer fee on the phone. We explicitly discussed the terms of the deal, even had him email it to me, attached, only to have the Sales Manager come out and say they couldn’t honor the deal. He added another 10k+ of fees (Westshore Advantage & Market Adjustment). This was after I was approved for financing and test drove the car. I noticed the dealer adjustment on the window and discussed this with Aven before I test drove the car only to be told by him that it wouldn’t apply based on the terms we’d agreed to. This all didn’t matter to the Sales Manager as he couldn’t have been less empathetic. I escalated to the GM, Miguel, but had he the same smug attitude that his Sales Manager had. Stay away as you can’t trust this leadership team, sales reps and dealer. They’ll tell you anything to get you in the door to only change the terms. Making money and being honorable are not mutually exclusive. I’ve escalated to Morgan Auto Group and the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles to help ensure others don’t have a similar experience More
