Could not start my car 24 hours after taking ownership. I called the dealer and spoke to a manager. He never returned my call. Called again and was transferred to service. The following day I received a form letter from the GM thanking me for the purchase. I tried emailing him with my concerns and the email address was blocked. First I want to compliment how nice the employees are. However, I have had several issues with this dealership as far as communication goes. The phone system literally stinks.
