This is in addition to their dealer fee of $1,198 which is disclosed in their advertising fine print. I was quoted a price that was over $8,000 from their advertised price which was comprised of $4,000 warranty fee (non-negotiable), $1,198 dealer fee (as disclosed), approximately $4,000 tax,title,registration (as expected) and $39k base price of vehicle as advertised. Could not start my car 24 hours after taking ownership. I called the dealer and spoke to a manager. He never returned my call. Called again and was transferred to service. They never answered the call. T I called the dealer and spoke to a manager. He never returned my call. Called again and was transferred to service. They never answered the call. The following day I received a form letter from the GM thanking me for the purchase. I tried emailing him with my concerns and the email address was blocked. I am extremely unhappy with the service received. The only person that ever responded was Sammy the finance closer. More
