If I could give zero stars, I would horrible service show me a car with 79 miles already on it. A brand new car at that took the car off the lot had them detail it for me when I took it home. I noticed it was already paint, scuffs or paint splatter on the vehicle, as if they were cleaning it near to where somebody was painting, took it to the dealer took them three days to paint it. There’s a bunch of dirt under the paint that they painted over. The car is dirty. They’re scratches to the inner door. There still is a chip on the back passenger door and there was a scratch as well under the chip on the back passenger door. I don’t feel like compensation was enough for the time that I had to miss out of work on top of that the time that I had to wait plus they tried to shift the blame on me overall very unhappy and not satisfied More

I would give this more stars for the dealership itself, but because when I pulled up, my first conversation was a third party glass company trying to sell me a new windshield on my 2025 CRV. With all due r but because when I pulled up, my first conversation was a third party glass company trying to sell me a new windshield on my 2025 CRV. With all due respect, the sales tactics were a little bit scummy and fear mongering. Fortunately, I know better, but to the person that may not it is scummy to try to get them to change out a perfectly normal windshield over fear mongering. I don't fault the dealership (aside from letting these people in there to do this) since it was a third party. This is the only reason I am giving a 3 star. Otherwise my service guy was good and no other issues. More
