Me dijo que pagaría $468 solo durante los dos primeros meses y me mostró un documento FALSO en el que se indicaba que los pagos se reducirían después del segundo mes. Cuando intenté hacer una foto del documento, me dijo que no era necesario porque todo estaría en una memoria USB. Para mi sorpresa, cuando revisé la memoria USB, el documento que me había mostrado no estaba allí. Solo había un documento que decía que mis pagos serían de $468 al mes. El 23 de agosto envié un mensaje de texto al Sr. Johanson para preguntarle si todos los pagos serían de $468, ya que eso no era lo que me había dicho, y hasta el día de hoy no he recibido respuesta (tengo pruebas de todo lo que digo). También he enviado diferentes correos a servicio al cliente y aún nadie ha tenido la delicadeza de responder o contactarse conmigo. Ahora estoy pagando $468 durante 72 meses. Porfavor alquien me ayude a solucionar de verdad no podemos pagar ese valor mensual, alquien tiene que hacerse cargo por lo que hacen sus empleados. More

Andrew Bolos was the worst ever. I will never ever step foot in Westshore honda again. As a service advisor, he had many failures and couldn't make it right and on a customer service I will never ever step foot in Westshore honda again. As a service advisor, he had many failures and couldn't make it right and on a customer service level, failed horribly. First I asked to present the coupon for my oil change and he said no, I know which one and as a matter of fact, I'm tired of seeing them. I asked to sign the estimate he said no it's ok and I asked are you sure. I return to the service desk when my vehicle was completed and he charged me $40 for a $14.95 oil change. I advised him to break it down as to how the figure was derived. He really couldn't. He charged me everything other than the coupon and said oh your brand of vehicle is higher since you drive an suv. I said I drive a sedan which takes the same amount of oil that the countries from oil. I have an acura and honda is basically the same. He stated, I'm not going to keep going back and forth with you the charge is $40. I asked him why didn't he tell me this upfront because he knew the type of car I had upon checkin. No valid answer given. I felt like it should hsve been discussed prior to and I could have decided on having the oil change outside of the $14.95 oil change.
