Sales rep knew very little about the car. Every time we had a question, he had to bring in somebody else. We waited a long time in between each "question." Took 4 hours just to settle on the price. Manag had a question, he had to bring in somebody else. We waited a long time in between each "question." Took 4 hours just to settle on the price. Manager (can't remember his name) argued with us over the USAA discount that we were offered by the dealership through USAA. Was very unprofessional telling us (in an arguementative tone) about how and when he was going to get his money back on the car on since the price was " too low." Customer service was thrown out the window. We walked out and will be buying our odyssey at Wesley Chapel Honda. More

They have a weird business model you start your negotiations with a sales person then when you are at an impasse they bring someone from finance that acts condescending.
