They refused to send the sales sheet to my email with all the taxes and fees. They kept trying to get me to come in but I live two hours away. I wasn't willing to make the trip unless there was a possible deal. Not sure why they want to get you there? Maybe so they can work their pressure tactics and snake oil presentations. It shouldn't be this difficult. Send me the price, I bring a check and pick up the car. Simple as that. More
I would give 0 star for this dealership, they sold me a vehicle and added to my contract extra $4000 dollars without my knowledge, $1250 for window tint, the car already had it, $1263 for appearance protec vehicle and added to my contract extra $4000 dollars without my knowledge, $1250 for window tint, the car already had it, $1263 for appearance protection I don’t even know what the xxxx this is, and $1299 for windshield protect, this is insane they never mentioned any of this extras and never said anything about price, when I called to cancel it because I didn’t know that they added and I just found out because I needed the bill of sale to transfer plates to another state and they gave me a hard time to give it to me, I had to look for a pen drive for hours to try to get this bill of sale, and finally I spoke with the manager and he said it’s been 3 months since you bought it there is nothing we can do, and I asked the manager EAMAN for the footage of the sell and he hanged up on my face, JORDAN AND EAMAN stole from me and I saw another review just now with the same issue, they lie to your face and they never gave me a paper contract, instead they gave me a pen drive… I want my money back this is unfair they cannot do that, this dealership is the worst I ever seen, stay away from it, I’ll try to do something, get a Laywer or something to fix this More
I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place has the scummiest of sales people. They will lie to you about what they are selling you then conveniently forget to give you the paper wor This place has the scummiest of sales people. They will lie to you about what they are selling you then conveniently forget to give you the paper work and when you ask to have it emailed to you they say the file is too big, which is another lie. Once I obtained the paper work I find out they are charging me over $1500 for 4 oil changes, in no way is that a reasonable price and when I call to cancel this service they refused to help me over the phone. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More
You know how it goes, buying a car isn't easy. Too much stress, too much back and forth. We were lucky this time at Westshore Honda. Same typical purchase experience, except they were respectful and nice. This was the fastest and most pleasant buying experience that I ever had. I got a fair deal and I was happy they accommodate all my craziness lol. Since we like Hondas, we'll surely be back! More
I are extremely happy with the purchase of my new 2023 Honda CRV and the outstanding deal I received from the dealership. I knew the dealership had one of the best sales consultants who I could trust and Honda CRV and the outstanding deal I received from the dealership. I knew the dealership had one of the best sales consultants who I could trust and were knowledgeable about Honda vehicles-Brynn Martinez. I contacted her with my requirements and the time I be at the dealership. Brynn met me with bottle water, had two CRVs that met the features/needs to view and test drive. The features were explained, demonstrated how each worked, how comfortable it is and easy to get in/out of. VERY IMPRESSIVE! After I decided to purchase, first class treatment by the sales associate. We were walked around introduced to the sales manager and finance staff, special attaboys for Sammy Hawanna, in Finance. While we completed the paperwork; Brynn made sure the car was detailed and prepared. She assisted in transferring our personal items into the new CRV. It was a late night, considering the dealership already closed before I left at 945pm. Before we drive off, Brynn had programmed My iPhones, home address and set radio station for me-OUTSTANDING! Then she took a picture of me in the car; she texted it to me. The above outstanding service continued the day after with a call and congratulatory emails and texts from them and the dealership management. They follow-up on Due-out service with the service department, ensured we received first class treatment. More

Everywhere I go and talk to other dealers or the owners they always say how bad the people are at westshore Honda. They are crooks and will scam you. Everywhere I go and talk to other dealers or the owners they always say how bad the people are at westshore Honda. The owner himself said they get so many complaints at westshore Honda. I went to go in there and trade in my mustang and get a car I thought was there but ended up being an older version. They were charging so much and asking so much for a down payment. So I said what else do you guys have. Started naming off cars and I asked about a Supra. They said they had a couple and we’ll see what kind of deal we can do. So they came to me saying if I put 4k down my payments would be 1100 a month. I agreed and signed the contract and my fiancé was the co signer who was going to sign the next day. Didn’t hear anything back so I text the next day asking for an update when we can come in and have my fiancé sign the other half. Keep in my mind I have the car in my possession driving it around. They said we couldn’t get it done you have great credit just not enough established. They asked if I could get someone that had more established. I said let me see while they work on what they can. My family member couldn’t end up doing it so they said this is going to be tough. Ended up changing the contract to 9k down and my payments were 15-1600 bucks a month. I said no way and they kept going back and forth with me on options. We settled for 7500 and 1400 a month. Which I was so reluctant to do and took advantage of me selling me on the idea of doing it. I’m 22 years old btw. I’m very into cars. I sign the contract but they said they would hold the contract till the end of the month that way I can get the rest of the down payment.so nothing was funded. I was about to max my credit cards and loose most of my money in the bank account to get this car. That’s how much I loved it. I came to an understand standing that this was not financially good idea. So I went back trying to choose another car that fit my budget and they agreed to it. But all the options I chose they couldn’t do it. “How surprising” so I was stuck with this Supra and financially terrible decision. I came back and tried to go to another Morgan auto group to see if they could work something out with westshore. They ended saying it was already funded right when the other Morgan auto group called them and said the deal was done. Called back 5 min later and said no it wasn’t. They said I could get my 5k I put down so far and my mustang and get another car with the Morgan auto group. When I was told to go to westshore they had no idea what I was talking about and said not happening. They told me either come up with the 1500 dollars or we are coming after you. After having a convo with the finance manager he said 2 options either we give you half of the 5k down payment back or we are coming after you for the 1500 and you keep the Supra. They gave me no choice and I had to sign for the 2500 back. So now I’ve been going back and forth trying to get my other 2500 back when I drove the Supra less a than 200 miles for less than 2 weeks. Won’t give me my money back and I need it to pay hospital bills, overdue bills. They had no symphony and Mike was extremely rude when talking to me. None of what they say is true and was way off from what actually happened. Never shop here! WARNING More
Stay away from these scam artists! My wife, son and I spent the better part of 5 hours here on 03/19/23 working out a deal on a 23 kia sportage with salesman Taj. After most of the pap My wife, son and I spent the better part of 5 hours here on 03/19/23 working out a deal on a 23 kia sportage with salesman Taj. After most of the paperwork was signed and terms agreed upon, the finance leader Sammy Hawana tells us that the down-payment is double what had already been agreed upon and we had the option to pay an extra $5,000 down or take a payment over $100 more per month than what was agreed upon. This is all after they had run our credit and even had us change our car Insurance over to the new vehicle. After the deal was voided I had to switch my insurance back to my original vehicle and the rate increased $36 per month from what I had already been paying. Not only did this dealership waste the better part of our day, they also cost me an additional $36 a month on my insurance and added a handful of inquiries to both my wife and my credit score. We will be consulting an attorney for recovery of the financial damages as well as punitive damages for the unscrupulous attempt to take advantage of our family. This information is also being sent to the Better Business Bureau and will handled by my attorney at Leaven Law. More
