SCAM! !! Emailed four different people at the dealership, none of them would answer any questions until I went into the dealership. Kept saying "Coming i !! So I went it. Turns out they don't tell you anything online because they try to sneak in a $4,000 non negotiable package. Don't fall for this scam, you get nothing out of it, they couldn't even defend their package other than "Well you get a lifetime warranty." The average extended warranty is less than $1,300. Don't fall for this scam. Save your time and don't even go in!! More

Made an appointment for service, 9am, show up, started to go in to see service advisor Donald, told to stay in my car. When I was asked for my services name and advised it was Donald. Was told he would not go in to see service advisor Donald, told to stay in my car. When I was asked for my services name and advised it was Donald. Was told he would not be until 9:30. So another service advisor assisted me and took my information. He then said my car would not be taken in for service until at least 2 hours later and asked if that was okay, I said my appointment was for 9 am not 11 am. Too bad you will have to wait. Nope d out of that . Why make an appointment for a time and not be able to keep it? It the first problem with Westshore Honda, previously had a recall for fuel pump. Damaged door, service advisor would not even check it. Had a tire rotation and oil change, hubcap broken, $200 for a new hubcap I will never go back to any Morgan Company Care Sale businesses. More

Doug was an amazing asset in selling my son and I on the Honda CRV, He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and we were able to get a good viewpoint with Doug’s expertise to choose the car we wanted! The management team came and spoke to us as well and each person we interacted with was open, honest and treated us with respect, kindness and gave us their undivided attention during our whole experience. From the top down the experience was by far the best I have had purchasing a car. Thank you Westshore Honda for making my son and I feel a part of the Honda family! Amazing service from online inquiry, to in person buying process. Triston Soto was our sales representative; great person, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and amazing customer service! Their financial guy, Sammy Hawanna is also a stand up guy, great customer service and helpful for understanding the process. We weren’t kept waiting long for anything and they were super busy. But it’s easy to know why now! The whole buying process seemed seamless. We did know what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend so maybe that helped a little; but the customer service is top notch the whole way around. There was no pressure to “hurry up and buy!”and everyone made sure we were happy with our purchase and terms. Again, probably the best car buying experience; hands down! Looking forward to being apart of the Westshore Honda Family! More

Bought a 2021 BMW x3. Found it on auto trade for 36,900 yet west shore could only sell it to me for 43,000 somehow. Bought the car with almost no discussion of the details of the warranty or the final cost. Dealership lowballed me for my trade in. They also gave me the new BMW with a half tank of gas when I left. BUT the BIGGEST and most egregious thing about all of this was a completely broken right back suspension ( both lower control arms and the shield on the back right) Had the car for 2 weeks and there’s 4000 in damages and I’ve literally driven from Tampa to Sarasota and about 20 miles after that. This place has peeved me off like no other. Would stay far far away. The dealership has been notified about everything and not a single person has reached out to me. Bottom feeders, every last one of them. More
Had the same experience as others They run a hard credit on you and then they refuse to send the info over to you They won’t tell you the price or the interest rate you have been approved for The credit on you and then they refuse to send the info over to you They won’t tell you the price or the interest rate you have been approved for They seem to do it to potential buyers that live a distance , when I asked them to do an internet purchase and I would arrange for a transport company to pick up the car they still refuse to email me any paperwork, I have filed a complaint with the FTC and I’m contacting the Florida state attorney generals office Who knows if these people are harvesting personal info for other purposes More
