Best car buying experience ever I went to Kuhn Honda after having a bad experience at my local Honda dealer. I made it clear to Jay at the onset that I knew what I wanted and how much I needed for my trade and was willing to pay for my next new CRV XL. I explained I was tired of all the blah blah blah and just wanted to get to the bottom line. He made me VERY at ease. No BS. Didn’t waste my time or patience. After a few negotiations we came to an agreement and I drove off the lot in my new car. BY FAR the Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

not awesome . I had to return when I noticed that the new w wiper blades I was charged for had not been installed.Then they tried to convince me that myold blades were indeed new . I was there one and one half hours. How did they do 381.14 dollars worth of labor in that short time? Parts included a washer for $1.10 and tablets for$2.03.Yet misc. shop supplies of $46.84 were not explained in detail. You know,50 cents for paper towels ,25cents for soap, $1,00 for grease, and what else to total $46.84. Getting an appointment was easy. Waiting room clean and comfortable. people were courteous. More

Seth Kalman is a terrific Service Advisor. Reason for 4 Stars instead of 5??? It’s scary to an 85 yr old having just left Dealership and told everything is OK and getting on I-75 heading home a Reason for 4 Stars instead of 5??? Got to safe place while friend checks Owner’s Manual called Seth. Turns out Mechanic forgot to recalibrate Tire Monitoring System. Thank God only problem. PLUS SIDE: Seth suggested replacing battery. It’s why I have Starter problem. Went home, checked, still under Warranty. Called AAA, where battery came from, they checked old battery and replaced it Thank you Below you ask names of employees I’ve worked with. I mentioned Seth. This is only car I’ve purchased where Salesman DIDN’T call during first month of ownership to see how I liked the car. Same for Sales Mgmt. More

I was able to trade in my old car and buy an even BETTER one. He was kind, calm, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He is very attentive and adds no unwanted pressure. He also made sure picking up the vehicle went smoothly. I also had the pleasure of finishing the process with Jason and he was as pleasurable as Harry. But……Harry happens to have a special place in my heart!!! Thanks Guys!! More
