I originally intended to buy a pre-owned car, however I quickly learned the value attached to a brand new Honda after listening to manager Chase Dzilowski's clear and very professional explanation of the quickly learned the value attached to a brand new Honda after listening to manager Chase Dzilowski's clear and very professional explanation of the features of the Honda Civic. I really appreciated his patience with me and respect for my "need to know" concerns and questions. I thought I could not afford a new car, but he presented a very good price and explained the benefits of the financing plan. So I took the "deal" . I also want to commend employees Lisa Vaccaro in Finance and Shain Sullivan in Sales who both spent much time with me helping to make this a very worthwhile and pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Kuhn Honda to friends and neighbors. Best of all - I LOVE THIS CAR. IT'S FANTASTIC! I love it I love it I love it! More
I DO NOT recommend this dealership, having what was the worst experience of my life there . After going to the dealership and dealing with an uneducated, rude, and procrastination salesman. I started to sp worst experience of my life there . After going to the dealership and dealing with an uneducated, rude, and procrastination salesman. I started to speak with the sales manager, Mike Patten. He offered a vehicle for one price out the door to my fiance and I, he said "what if I do something crazy and say XX,XXX." I replied so that would be the out the door price, my fiance chimes in including everything he replied "yes, but it would have to be done today right now." Clearly he started trying to pressure me into the situation. This was after I told the sales rep Hasseim several times that I had an offer with another dealership for a much more competitive price out the door, after several back and forths (OR WASTE OF MY TIME) was when Mike approached me. We began talking and he then made me the offer which he specified to my fiance and both WAS AN OUT THE DOOR PRICE. The price he offered me was about $800 less than the other dealership which is why I was interested. I have another vehicle which is in good condition and did not want to do a trade in initially after some thought. I decided to see what he would give me if I traded my current vehicle in. They offered X amount which was under KBB minimal amount by 1k, however I was willing to go with the offer due to the fact of the OTD or out the door price they offered, I saw it as a trade off. At this point we are going on sitting at the dealership for a total of 2 hours, mind you only 30 mins of the time thus far was selecting the vehicle because I have been researching it for the past two months, trying to weigh my options. I ask Mike how much longer because my fiance and I wanted to each lunch (not anticipating this would happen so we didnt eat prior.) He tells me not much longer and blames it on Hasseim saying they were waiting on paperwork or something, but in reality he was trying to blow me off. During this time of running around NO ONE talked to us, tried to build customer rapport with us, nothing. They would ask for info and run away, yet we would see them talking with other employees and their customers. Let me remind or advise you all I had intentions on purchasing a 2013 BRAND NEW VEHICLE.About 4:!5 comes around and Hasseim advised me Mike wanted to see me in his house, so my fiance and I went in there. He was trying to convince me to finance through Honda. I had already advised them more than three times each that I had financing privately and was not interested. After guaranteeing me a lower or equal interest rate my co-signer and I completed their credit applications. At this point Mike advises me the process that will take next, which was supposed to be that I signed the credit application, then an agreement binding me to the vehicle and once I returned we would discuss the financing. Before leaving his office I requested the price he originally advised me of which was CLEAR out the door and then the discounted price if I choose to finance through Honda. He advised me he would be right back, he came back into his office and we started talking he then started talking about a price that was almost 2k higher out the door, NOT what we negotiated or his self proclaimed "crazy move." In the meantime of this my fiance stepped out of the office, I assumed he had a phone call etc. Upon his return he found me and the sales manager arguing and we left the dealership, while exiting I did advise them they lied to me, wasted 4 hours of my day at their dealership. It was so late I was unable to go anywhere else. Obviously Mike the Mger denied ever saying that he advised he meant it was the sales price. However, my fiance who was NOT in the room during the origin of the conversation called him out as well and told him that was not what he told us. SAVE YOUR TIME! USE OCEAN HONDA in NPR, saw the esales mgr Scotty the next day, after spending less than 2hrs there we reached a deal NO ONE COULD BEAT!! I am using this site in the hopes it will reach others so they do not have to endure this. More
I am an active-duty military officer stationed at MacDill AFB. I purchased a used Acura MDX from Kuhn Honda after negotiating a deal with the on-duty sales manager, Marco, to include installation of a new Ka AFB. I purchased a used Acura MDX from Kuhn Honda after negotiating a deal with the on-duty sales manager, Marco, to include installation of a new Katskin-brand leather package (the existing leather was very worn). After signing the purchase agreement and taking the car home, I set an appointment for the install and brought the car in the following week. Their finance manager "Tamari" called me soon after, saying there had been a "misunderstanding," and that they would not pay for the new leather; I was told my options were to take their revised deal or void the purchase. I still maintain my copies of their written "we owe" for the new leather, and it was also annotated on the purchase agreement. I voided the contract, because I refuse to buy a used vehicle from such a dishonest company; Lord only knows what they'd pass-off as having been "inspected." Legal action to follow, along with complaints to the BBB, State Attorney General's office, and Air Force Base community outreach division. My advice is play it safe and buy your car elsewhere!!! More

It all started when I called about a car that I saw on the internet. I spoke with Ralph Rodriguez. He was so kind and helpful over the phone. He had the car ready and pulled up to the front when my boyfri the internet. I spoke with Ralph Rodriguez. He was so kind and helpful over the phone. He had the car ready and pulled up to the front when my boyfriend and I arrived. He assisted us with any questions and we went on some test drives. This ended up being the car my boyfriend bought. Tamari Thompson did the financing and everything went very smoothly. They both made this whole process a great experience! I was also looking to buy a car and I came to the conclusion that I did not want to buy from any other dealership. I already felt so comfortable with the Kuhn Honda Volkswagen staff. I came back to the dealership this past weekend. I set up an appointment with Ralph again. He was so patient with me during my decision process. I finally found the car which was the one! Tamari assisted me with the financing process which again was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership if someone was looking to purchase a car. Thank you for everything! Quality of work was rated low due to the detailed/cleanlieness of our car. We had to request it be recleaned and even then it was poorly done. The detail department could use some work. Doug Kaseta at Kuhn Honda in Tampa, FL was awesome! I can honestly say purchasing this 2010 used Honda Accord for our daughter from Doug was the best car buying experience we have ever had. When we firs can honestly say purchasing this 2010 used Honda Accord for our daughter from Doug was the best car buying experience we have ever had. When we first met Doug he took the time to greet each of us, even our 16 year old daughter. He immediately found the cars we were inquiring about (seen on your internet website) on the dealership computer and quickly located the keys. Within fifteen minutes of our initial greeting we were on our first of two test drives. During both test drives Doug easily pointed out key features and differences between the Accord and the Jetta helping us make an informed decision based on what our needs were. He was very knowledgable when asked specific detailed questions about the two different models and even knew the saftey ratings off the top of his head (which he later confirmed from your computer database and gave us a printout to look over). Doug put us all at ease with his friendly welcoming attitude. I would consider purchasing from Kuhn in the future rather than other car delerships because of the overall experience we had at Kuhn and in addition I will recommend Doug Kaseta to all our friends. The internet pricing may have gotten us through the door, but Doug is the one who will keep us coming back. Best Regards, Kelly V. Tampa, FL More
Sales rep knew very little about the car. Every time we had a question, he had to bring in somebody else. We waited a long time in between each "question." Took 4 hours just to settle on the price. Manag had a question, he had to bring in somebody else. We waited a long time in between each "question." Took 4 hours just to settle on the price. Manager (can't remember his name) argued with us over the USAA discount that we were offered by the dealership through USAA. Was very unprofessional telling us (in an arguementative tone) about how and when he was going to get his money back on the car on since the price was " too low." Customer service was thrown out the window. We walked out and will be buying our odyssey at Wesley Chapel Honda. More
