Refused to honor price quoted on the phone We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to Kuhn based on a price quoted to us over the phone. That’s 5 hours roundtrip. We were played from the beginning. The salesman insisted he would honor the phone quote, even saying he could hold a specific vehicle if we filled out a loan application online. So we did and got in the car. He made us wait an hour and a half to see him, then started wavering. He ended up bumping the price by $1,500. We’ve negotiated other vehicle purchases by phone and email and never had this happen.
