I bought a 2014 Honda Accord, and traded in my 2010 TDI Jetta. Ryne Pinto was very easygoing, knowledgeable, and did not pressure during the process. I had selected Kuhn as 1) I had a good experience buying my TDI Jetta from Kuhn in 2010 in terms of both the process and the price; 2) I had a good experience with Kuhn VW service during the almost 4 years that I owned the Jetta; 3) other dealerships I visited during my research could not match Kuhn in terms of the deal I could get on the transaction as a whole. Notably, I live on the west side of Pinellas county, so there were 2 or 3 other dealers closer to me but I still decided on Kuhn (again). This does not mean to say that you will not have to negotiate at Kuhn--you will, just like at any other dealer; however, the quality of the people they hire and perhaps their training make for a more professional experience. They were willing to work with me even as negotiations escalated such that I was happy with each person I met and everyone had worked to keep things smooth. I think Kuhn is somehow able to make a better deal than most places--perhaps because they do more volume and are better managed. More

Just to give a little background about myself. I'm a professional Pilot flying for one of the largest airline. And, my Fiancé works as a operation Supervisor in one of the Multinational Companies. We decided in Decemeber to buy a new car & get it financed since, we plan to be here for a while - it was a good way to get a credit score. Since we just got the SSN. All this while, we were driving a rental. We went to Kuhn Honda one evening to look at Civic. It was the only dealership where the salesmen weren't very enthusiastic or interested to show their vehicles. Anyways, we decided to look around as I know from my own experience of last 10 years that Honda makes good machines. The salesmen got us the price & various deals on the the Civic LX 2014. He wanted us to buy the car the same day...sign the documents & all. Just like at most places. However, we decided we'll think over it as we were not sure if we should buy new 2013 model or a 2014. That evening after going back home. We decided we would buy a 2014 EX instead of LX. So, the next morning we take enough cash to make the downpayment for the EX. The salesmen who spoke with us just the evening before was on leave now. So, we spoke to this new salesmen & told him we want to buy a 2014 Civic EX instead of LX. This guy was so arrogant that he said since we just moved to US and, are new to the country. No bank would finance us. And, said he cant sell us a car. This was according to his 12 year experience as a car salesmen! We didnt like his attitude and, decided to walk out without wasting anytime. Went to Brandon Honda. There they happened to give us a better price with a much better attitude. Now, drive a 2014 civic EX. It's been over a month that we have had the car. Someday, I would definitely like to drive the car to Kuhn and, show the car to this arrogant salesmen. I would never want to do any kind of business with Kuhn or recommend this dealer to anyone I know or anyone who wishes to have a good experience buying a car. More

I first talked prices with Mr. Smith by phone before coming to the agency and there were no surprises, no "bait & switch" or other gimmicks before we agreed upon a final selection and price. Mr. Gomez was very helpful in educating me to the specifics of the car, with advice about its operation and maintenance and in explaining all of the documents and other paperwork. I contacted other local Honda agencies before Kuhn but found that it was by far the most efficient, professional and considerate. I would certainly deal with them again and/or recommend them to my friends. More
