He was friendly, professional and My car needed an oil change and I was seen right away, even without an appointment. Mike was the rep who helped me. He was friendly, professional and accommodating. I had an expired coupon that he honored, which to me is great customer service and encourages return customers. Mike told me it will be an hour and a half wait because I opted for 15K minor service. It didn't take that long and my car was washed and ready. I am definitely coming back. More
