New car had to go in for service the next day after buying because car alarm kept going off. Fixed it and car has been running great ever since. However, a week after I bought the car I discovered that buying because car alarm kept going off. Fixed it and car has been running great ever since. However, a week after I bought the car I discovered that the finance person I worked with added $1,700 worth of extras onto my car when I told him I didn’t want anything extra. I found out one of the extras was rubber floor mats that he did not even give to me. The other was a paint protection package which he also did no supply me with the cleaning items which came with that. He was clearly trying to hide the fact that he added any extras. After I brought this to their attention they refunded mw, however told me that the finance person was trying to “help me”. Not sure how it helps when they charge you $ for something they did not provide. More

I bought a 2017 Honda CRV in July and had a problem with my tire pressure and car shaking. I dropped it off at the dealership and I have to pay for my rotor even though they talked me into buying the extend my tire pressure and car shaking. The worst i have seen yet. The sales team is great after that it goes down hill real quick.
