Customer service overload!! My car had been giving me issues for the past year and I had other car problems there after. I had been doing online research for the past 3 weeks and narrowed down my findings to another dealership down the road and Kuhn Honda. My experience with the other place isn't worth mentioning. However, John at Kuhn Honda made my car shopping experience a fantastic one! From the moment we arrived to the moment I drove off the lot in my Pre-owned, certified vehicle, John was so attentive and truly gave me the Kuhn, customer service experience. I do feel like negotiations with the general manager could've been better, but for the features and condition that my car is in, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, John, for helping this educator. Service advisors don’t listen to there customers.
