Sales person misleading at Kuhn Honda I was in the proceed of locating Honda vehicle when I contacted Will Diamond through the internet. Will insist that I call him to locate the vehicle. During the phone call Will stated that 2 Honda Fit arrived on that day. So I asked several time for a price on the car. He insisted that I come to the dealership and he would make me a great deal. I stated that I was coming from PASCO county and he ensure me that we won't be talking MSRP price. So I got off work early and pick up my wife because I was under the impression that Will was going to give me a great deal. When we arrive at Kuhn, Will handed us off to Candy. I was confuse because why is a sale person handing you off to someone else. Candy was total lost but she worked with us. On our way to the dealership I call Will to ask if both cars were there and he said yes and come down. Candy went to search for the cars but the one I wanted was gone. So we look at car they had left. Candy went to give us a price on the car but another sale manager came back to speak with us. I thought this was strange and he came back with the MSRP price. I was pissed because I asked Will several time for a price and if I knew they were going to sell it for the MSRP than I would have never got off work and waste my time. I will never shop at Kuhn nor recommend any of my military friends to this dealership. I actually purchase 2015 Honda Fit from Brandon Honda and I actually discuss the deal over the phone with the sale person. When I arrived at Brandon Honda I met the sale person and close the deal the same day. They sold me the car for what we discuss over the phone. Brandon Honda is the BEST!!!!!!!! More

We LOVE Kuhn Honda!! I shopped last year for a vehicle and came down between the Pilot or the Pathfinder. I regret that I did not buy the Pilot when I did. One year later I came back and this time I am thrilled with our new Pilot! The service from Bill Lang was incredible!!! He has answered every question I have had, every phone call I've made, and worked so hard for us to get us the vehicle we wanted.
