No pressure and respectful I came in for an oil change only. I was uneasy about getting pressured to have other services done, however, the service rep that helped me made me I came in for an oil change only. Every time I said thank you, he said you're welcome (the little things to make someone come back). He said my potential wait time was 1 hour, but I was out in 30 mins. They also had service coupons which is another reason I come to this dealership for service. And I think I got a simple car wash too! More
