Did not honor oil change. When I bought my new Civic there they gave me 3 free oil changes, now when I went over for my first one they told me they could not honor them becaus When I bought my new Civic there they gave me 3 free oil changes, now when I went over for my first one they told me they could not honor them because they had changed their name. Exceptional A/C Service I came to the service center on a Saturday without an appointment. I was in & out within 2 hours! Charles Beck, "Chuck" and his team had my vehicle taken care of quickly and accurately. The whole team was welcoming and made sure I was taken care of through the entire experience. Absolutely would recommend this dealership and the fantastic customer/maintenance service. Great job. I will never go back to Brandon Honda again. Keep up the great work. A GROUP OF FRIENDLY LIARS DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and made lots of promises, until you sign paperwork then the DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and made lots of promises, until you sign paperwork then they literally "take the money and run". I purchased a used 2011 Honda Pilot from them. Prior to purchase I made numerous inquiries to more than one person at the dealership (Zach - sales person; and Ernest - Leader of Internet Sales) to make sure the vehicle did not have moisture or collision damage. There was some interior door panel delamination that they cured immediately when I mentioned it prior to purchase. They stated that they had their used car service leader (Randy) make sure that the technicians went through the car thoroughly to make sure there was no moisture or collision damage. I was assured repeatedly by all of the aforementioned people that there was no moisture or collision damage. So, I purchased the vehicle. Within hours (literally 2 hours) of me driving the car from Tampa to where I live in Ocala, the check engine light came on, there was a vibration in the steering wheel, the lift gate button did not work, and the radio volume button did not work. I put all of my concerns in writing, as well as called to discuss options with a manager (Alvin). They asked that I bring the vehicle back to them. I returned the vehicle within 4 days of purchase. They were kind enough to provide a loaner vehicle (and I was grateful). They had my vehicle for three weeks and stated numerous times that the issues were being resolved. When I returned to get my vehicle back, I asked for a work history so I could see what had been done. Come to find out, my vehicle had not been touched since BEFORE I purchased it. I brought it to their attention and they had no explanation. They literally had not done ONE THING that they had assured me would be resolved. NOT ONE! I have tried several times since then to discuss this with the dealership employees and not one person will respond to me. I had a third party look at the vehicle after bringing it home. This car has indeed been in a collision (that the dealership did not disclose prior to purchase). I am now having to pay out of pocket to replace two front drive axles and a light assembly. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from them. They do not keep their word! As soon as you sign on the dotted line, they will not respond to you whatsoever. They're not interested in having ethical business practices. They just want your money. Sad! But true! I am aware I purchased a used vehicle and did not expect perfection however I expected a seemingly reputable Honda Dealership (like Westshore Honda) to honor implied warranties of merchantability. They did not! There is no peace of mind gained from my encounter with Westshore Honda. Instead, I am left wondering which axle will fall out of my vehicle first while me and my child are in it; and what further issues will arise from them not properly inspecting and disclosing information about this vehicle before I purchased it. I was mislead. They made me think they were going to make it right but my car basically sat in their parking lot for 3 weeks while they lied about what they were fixing. Nothing got fixed or addressed. And to add insult to injury, an overhead light cover was TAKEN from my vehicle. I don't even have words. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM! More
Service was great but Customer Service could be better. Went in for Alignment and Oil Change but was told I could not use coupons for both services. I tried to speak to the Manager but instead spoke to an A Went in for Alignment and Oil Change but was told I could not use coupons for both services. I tried to speak to the Manager but instead spoke to an Assistant Manager and was told that it is company policy. The coupon does say “may not be combine with other offers” but it suggests to offers to the same type of service. My suggestion is to write on the fine print of the coupon “one coupon per visit”. It’s very inconvenient to have to come back on another day for it, maybe I’ll use the competition. More
