This I can say was a scam don't trust them to my money and my trade in and their own bank investigating them Rip Offs!!! All documents signed were online in the finance managers office & I was never told about nor did I ever see thousands of dollars in hidden fees. All documents are then put on a portable usb and not printed. After having the vehicle for 3 weeks I was contacted by finance & told that I had to drive back sign additional financial documents asap because they were able to get me a better financing rate. Only then did I plug in the usb & noticed the amount financed with the bank was almost 39,000.00 after putting down 9,000.000. I understand car dealerships are in business to make money however Westshore Honda should not be able to deceive & lie to customers, hoping they don't plug in their usb until it is too late to return the vehicle. When I pointed out they told me I was purchasing the car for 28k the finance manager said they would never let a car go for that, that is how they get people in the door. I can even understand that but it is not legal to lie & be deceptive to your customers in order to charge them nearly double the price agreed upon. I was told the Westshore Honda advantage was totally complimentary, their way of saying thank you for purchasing from them. That was also a lie, I was charged 5999.00 for that. I refused to sign any other documents & they ultimately agreed to take the car back & return my 9,000.00 deposit no later than 7-10 days & that it must be electronically deposited into my account. It has now been 15 days, I have not received the money & I've called the dealership several times only to be sent to voicemail with no returned phone call. The day after returning the 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio with 19,000 miles I purchased a 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio which was a demo with only 4,000 miles from Lakeland Audi for 7,000 less and with a interest rate of 7% vs 13.9999% More

Shane was my salesman, Angel was in charge of financing & Joni was the finance manager who in the end took the car back & agreed to refund my deposit. (Will be shocked if I actually receive it). By the way that was after sharing my experience with 5 other customers in the lobby & totally prepared to picket outside the dealership & share my experience along a long list of other complaints all sharing the same criminal tactics this establishment uses. Unfortunately there are a lot of others who were not as fortunate & realized what they had done too late!! Save yourself the headache & go to a reputable dealership!!! More

They put me through xxxx had my car for over a month had me in tears and having panic attacks all while being pregnant and there’s still stuff wrong with the car and now they’re trying to accuse me of causing the damage to my car so that they don’t have to fix it again. This is by far the worst dealership ever and I do not recommend anybody to purchase anything or use the service department because they will not fix your car. They will only make it worse and then blame you for it. More
Dishonest sales, GM, and finance people! Went to purchase a Honda CRV hybrid. MSRP was around $38,000. The sales person name was Steve. After we talked, he showed me on his little chart, how much My monthly payments would be. I told him I was going to put down $20,000 On the $38,000 vehicle and I wanted 48 months financing. He came back showing me that it would cost $700 plus per month for 48 months after dropping $20,000 down payment on this $38,000 vehicle. I asked him did you take off the $20,000 down payment? He said yes, and pointed to his chart which showed a $20,000 deposit. Something wasn’t right but I couldn’t afford $700 a month. I even went down to the longest term which was 80 something months and The payments were $399 a month. I said I couldn’t afford that about to walk out he said hold on. He went to his general manager who came over and talked to me. We decided to go with a lesser model that cost $35,000. Steve came back with another paperwork after talking to his GM, and for the $35,000 vehicle, at 72 months financing with $22,500 down. It was $450 plus a month. Buddy talked me into sign in the paperwork and I also got the maintenance which raise the price up to $550 plus per month. But I didn’t take the vehicle off the lot. I told him I picked it up next week. Then I did a little math, checked online for car financing calculators, and found out that they were financing me for $38,000 for the first car and $35,000 for the second car . I don’t know where my $20,000 down payment or my $22,500 down payment went. To this day they won’t give me an explanation. So after trying to ask them to give me explanation on where my down payment went and showing them the math that I should’ve been finance for 18,000 or even $15,000 and my payment should’ve been around less than $300 a month. They kept wanting me to go back and talk to him. I said no we’re done dealing. So if you go to this place, make sure you’re financing it correct. Use the financing calculator that you can find online. Just put in the car, the amount you putting down on the car. And basically the tax. It input everything else and give you your monthly payment. You can change the tax price and the financing charge but make sure you use this especially going to Westshore Honda since they’re just gonna try to double triple financing Edmonds car financing calculator. Something like that. You can find a couple of them online. Just be safe and use it if you go to this Dishonest, lying, piece of crap dealership. More
