At least we didn't have to walk out on this one, only to be called at home with the deal we wanted. The show room is state-of-the art and should be an example to all others for how to keep customers comfortable during the long buying process. On another topic:I am so very disappointed that with a new car, the sales person comes around while waiting for my service to be taken care of and tries to get me to consider purchasing a new car (for the same amount of Payment)! I fell for that one time with promises of less road noise (not true), better radio (not true) and better gas mileage (also not true). I can no longer trust what a sales person says at Honda. I will not fall for that again! More

My situatation was a little tricky however that did not stop anyone from trying to get me in the car I wanted. I have never had such an amazing experience buying a car. I refuse to use any other dealer after dealing with this dealership. They have earned my respect, time and business. Monica and Mario are absolutely the best! They were all happy that I was happy and that they were able to do their best to make my experience the best one. I left the dealership in the exact car I wanted and with reasonable payments. Simply put they all are AMAZING and if you want a great car new or used this is EXACTLY where you want to go else you will be upset with yourself for going anywhere else and getting screwed over. They didn't waste my time and were perfectly fair. I still had to negotiate but it wasn't like pulling teeth. They were reasonable with everything and didn't just try to add back costs at every turn. Very little BS and very friendly. More

More fees than expected I have been researching 2013-14 Ford "Foci" for the first half of 2015. After narrowing the search from best used cars and selecting the Ford Focus, I have been researching 2013-14 Ford "Foci" for the first half of 2015. After narrowing the search from best used cars and selecting the Ford Focus, I watched listings on CarGurus. I eventually realized the best deal for me would be a silver 2014 SE hatchback. I really liked the SE with the appearance package, which Kuhn Volkswagen had, but once sitting in it, I realized I preferred the interior of the one at Kuhn Honda. This car was listed online at $10,930. The salesperson at the dealership showed me it was listed at $14,900 or so. I told him I saw it online and he said that the online price would be honored, but was nonnegotiable. We were able to negotiate, but I noticed he started with an online price of $10,931. I didn't really mind, but I noticed. I was expecting the $799 dealer fee, taxes and other fees in the two-digits, but I was surprised by a $799 reconditioning fee. No wonder this dealer's average car prices are $800 less than the competition, they add it right back in with a recon fee on a used car. More

My wife and I entered into the market for a gently used Odyssey with very specific features a couple of weeks ago. After engaging with several of the dealerships in the Tampa Bay area, we chose to work with Kuhn Honda due to the professionalism and dedication exhibited by Ray Diaz & Tom Higgins. We were impressed with how easy they made a difficult situation (Finding the perfect van... Age, Miles, Color, Features - It was a long list). We were never pressured to purchase a vehicle that came "close" to our list, we were given the opportunity to sample options to better identify what we really needed versus what we thought we wanted (Saving us $3,000). The follow up by these two individuals was excellent. Calling us to inform us on changes with inventory on their day off, coming back to the dealership after leaving for the day to accommodate our schedule for a test drive are just a couple of examples of their "Above and Beyond" attitude that was demonstrated throughout the buying process. We visited the dealership on 6 occasions over the last ten days and each time we were greeted by a team member with a friendly - "How can i help you?", Not like other dealerships where the first question was always - "Are you working with someone?" to which if we said "Yes" we were on our own to find that someone, but when answered "No" - then the salesmanship began... It became comical. We are very pleased with our purchase and Kuhn has just gained a lifelong customer. Brandon Honda, you have lost a loyal customer as your service department and especially sales department do not even come close to what we have experienced at Kuhn. More
