I first talked prices with Mr. Smith by phone before coming to the agency and there were no surprises, no "bait & switch" or other gimmicks before we agreed upon a final selection and price. Mr. Gomez was very helpful in educating me to the specifics of the car, with advice about its operation and maintenance and in explaining all of the documents and other paperwork. I contacted other local Honda agencies before Kuhn but found that it was by far the most efficient, professional and considerate. I would certainly deal with them again and/or recommend them to my friends. More

I started search online for a new honda crv. Bill Lang responded within an hour. He provided me with a price and fees. He followed up to see if i had any questions. I purchased a vehicle from this location in September. I have not been able to register my vehicle in the state of California because the dealership has neglected to send the proper documents required to th have not been able to register my vehicle in the state of California because the dealership has neglected to send the proper documents required to the DMV here in California. I have contacted the dealership SIX different times over that span and nothing has been done. At this point no one there will return my emails or my calls. The customer service is absolutely terrible. If you buy a car then move, you are out of luck. You will never get your paperwork and you will never be able to legally drive your vehicle. More
