SUN ROOF GLASS EXPLODED OUT WHILE DRIVING (WAS NOT OPEN) DEALRSHIP VERY ACCOMODATING ON OFFERING, WHAT THEY CALLED A "GOODWILL GESTURE" TO REPLACE THE SUNROOF GLASS ON A 2014 CRV, THAT JUST EXPLODED OUT WHIL DEALRSHIP VERY ACCOMODATING ON OFFERING, WHAT THEY CALLED A "GOODWILL GESTURE" TO REPLACE THE SUNROOF GLASS ON A 2014 CRV, THAT JUST EXPLODED OUT WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE. INTERIOR SLIDER WAS CLOSED, AS WAS THE SUNROOF. SOUNDED LIKE AN EXPLOSION INSIDE OF MY CAR. FORTUNATELY NO GLASS WAS INSIDE CAR. TOOK CAR TO KUHN HONDA. JOB WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY. SUNROOM GLASS EXPLODED. TOOK TO KUHN AND IT WAS REPLACED. DID NOT GO TO USE THE SUNROOF FOR ANOTHER DAY. THE DAY AFTER IT WAS REPLACED. HOWEVER WHEN I OPENED THE INSIDE SLIDER, ALL I HEARD WAS GLASS. GLASS WAS STILL ALL INSIDE THE ROOF SOMEPLACE. I CALLED THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND LEFT HIM A MESSAGE. WHICH HE NEVER RETURNED. THE FRUSTRATING PART OF THIS IS THAT I HAVE TO AGAIN TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK TO GO GET THIS FIXED. I THEN NOTICED THAT THE HEADLINER COMPLETELY SURROUNDING THE INSIDE SLIDER IS JUST BLACK. NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL FOR THE MESS THAT WAS LEFT OF MY CAR. IF THEY DON'T ALREADY, THEY SHOULD HAVE A SECOND PERSON SIGN OFF ON THE WORK. ESPECIALLY IN A SITUATION WHERE YOU HAD GLASS EXPLODE.
