I've got a great car for a pretty fair price and, what's more, when they run my credit, they offered me a better deal than my bank did do, I safe a couple of hundreds and I'm driving the car of my dreams. Customer service was amazing and very professional, all time letting me choose between several options until a got the perfect one for me. Thanks Kuhn Honda More

My son negotiated a price over the phone and when we got into the dealership the price negotiated was exactly what was quoted. Another dealership told him that once we got to Kuhn they would add extra charges but that wasn't the case. There was no pressure. Bill Hunt, my sales consultant , was very informative, extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the experience easy and fun. More

The credit union rep. showed cars from Kuhn Honda in Tampa we decided to get a 2010 Volvo she had the car 3 weeks and got an error message . I called Kuhn Honda and was told to take the car to local Volvo store and Kuhn would cover the cost. Volvo service rep. said at first they got several error messages that they had not seen before so they reset the main computer and got no error messages. The service rep. said that it could be a bad battery and replaced it. The car ran fine for 2 weeks and we got error messages again. I called Kuhn and they had me tow it back to local Volvo store. This time they said that the main computer would have to be replaced at a cost of 900.00 to start with. I contacted our extended warranty that was purchased through the credit union and was informed that they did not cover that computer. I contacted Kuhn and told them of the problem they said that they would call me back. In minutes Bill Lang of their internet sales called me back an said not to worry they would switch her into anew car. Bill went out of his way to make this happen. So my daughter and myself took a trip to Tampa and check out the different cars. My daughter fell in love with a 2013 Fiat Pop. Bill did all the paperwork and faxed them to her credit union. This was on Sunday and by Monday the car was delivered to my daughter. She is happy an I am impressed. Thank you Kuhn Honda but most of all Bill Lang. A grateful Father More
Service department I bought a car from Kuhn, it had ac problems . I took the car there to be fixed and it has been terrible . It took 2 days to pick the car up then when I bought a car from Kuhn, it had ac problems . I took the car there to be fixed and it has been terrible . It took 2 days to pick the car up then when I go to get it , the ac still did not work properly. So we had to leave it again. Now the car has cold water dripping soaking the driver side floor. This problem was not happening until it went into Kuhn service department. And they broke an ac panel. And every time I call to see if the panel has come in no one knows anything., and they switch you to different departments. The roof of the car had black hand prints all over. For a dealership I have to say they suck. And they should have better customer service for the customers More
A pleasant, painless, professional experience Though I went to Kuhn on July 4th only for service on my 2010 Accord, 5 hours later I drove away in a brand-new leased 2014 Accord. I had one more yea Though I went to Kuhn on July 4th only for service on my 2010 Accord, 5 hours later I drove away in a brand-new leased 2014 Accord. I had one more year to pay on my 2010 Accord, and was looking forward to removing that item from my budget and driving the 2010 for several years without the payment (perhaps the rest of my life - I'm 71)! I had never leased a vehicle before, but after Will Diamond patiently explained the process and benefits of leasing, answered all of my questions, and was able to procure for me a decent monthly payment through the sales manager (Jason?), I decided to close the deal. I would recommend Kuhn Honda to my family and friends, and especially Will Diamond, who conducts the sales process in a professional and thorough manner. I had purchased my 2010 Accord from Will also. However, I was not totally happy with the Finance Department. On the day of purchase I signed many papers and thought I understood everything, though this was my first lease and everything was different that my previous purchase experiences. I probably failed to ask some pertinent questions. The next day, after reviewing the paperwork, I did have a couple of questions, and when speaking with the same person in Finance, was treated with some impatience and, it seemed, the attitude that I was a bit foolish for not remembering and/or understanding what I had been told. My specific question about the way the Lease Agreement was written was not explained to my satisfaction. The verbiage seemed unclear. More

I currently own a 2003 CRV and have been very pleased with the vehicle as well as the service I have received from this dealership although it was not purchased from them. I also own a Honda Gold Wing motorcycle (my second). Honda was thought to be a no brainer for reliability in looking for a car replacement for my wife. We were very pleased with the friendly courteous expertise and professionalism presented by Mr. Will Diamond. We anticipate that future visits to the dealership will be efficient and positive as I never left unsatisfied with the quality of work from the service department. My wife and I would highly recommend this sales professional as well as the dealership overall. More

Pleased, but be wary! While I am generally pleased with my purchase, caveat emptor! There is very little transparency in most dealer transactions. During negotiations, th While I am generally pleased with my purchase, caveat emptor! There is very little transparency in most dealer transactions. During negotiations, there is always the good guy/bad guy approach. One offers a price, the next one laments that is was too low and adjustments must be made. Pieces of paper are proffered with various quotes, then new ones are offered later in the negotiations without reference to the original quotes so that comparisons are not immediately apparent. Then once a price was negotiated, I found out that the initial verbal quote on my financing doubled! Why? Because I got 'too good' of a deal on the final price, the finacnce guy told me! My advice: 1. Go in armed with as much information as you can about the true cost of the car and its accessories 2. If you are planning to finance through the dealership, don't agree on a negotiated price until you also have the finance rate in writing. Car dealerships are in the business of making money. While I wouldn't call them dishonest, they are certainly NOT transparent in how they manipulate all associated costs. More
They're terrific Shopping for cars is not my idea of a good time. But Erin and Anthony made it enjoyable. Not only are both engaging, knowledgeable and warm - they're Shopping for cars is not my idea of a good time. But Erin and Anthony made it enjoyable. Not only are both engaging, knowledgeable and warm - they're witty, too, and they make the experience fun. They don't trivialize, and they don't patronize - they just make your time with them enjoyable and worthwhile. We didn't get the deal we wanted the first day. Matter of fact, I left thinking I might have misjudged the market and that we might be shopping for a long time yet. But a day later, first thing in the morning, Erin got back in touch and put some new numbers on the table - within our budget - and in short order the deal was done. I'll be going back and back again, probably for a long time to come. More
