Looked at a few different models, and selected the model and options important to me (I had already one my research - it was just a matter of looking at the car and seeing if I liked the drive). Requested and received a price after my test drive a few hours later. I priced Kuhn's price with 4-5 other local dealers, and Kuhn beat it. Joe was very patient with me and my desire to drive the cars -- he was willing to allow me to drive it wherever and as long as I wanted to. Because financing was also not a difficult issue, and quickly obtained (I have some credit issues - no repos or bankruptcy, but issues nonetheless) and the price was right, and I liked the car more than I did others, I went ahead and agreed to buy the car. Joe and his staff located my specifications at another lot in Port Richey and had it at the dealership the next day. The paperwork went fairly quickly, with absolutely no attempt to upsell me on an extended warranty or "truecoat" (Fargo reference). Joe was friendly, patient, and he and his staff worked quickly to get the financing I needed and the car I wanted. There isn't much more one could ask for. Interestingly, there were older car salesmen standing outside, waiting for chum like sharks, whereas everyone I met through the Internet sale was quite a bit younger. Also, I received emails and calls from 4 different people within an hour of sending an e-mail inquiry to Kuhn through their website. That was a little overkill. That being said, after I actually went to the dealership, there was no problem. More

Almost great! We did the usual research on line on a wide variety of makes and models of cars, and reviewed Consumer reports history and ratings.. We found the Honda Accord LX competitively priced with a consistent history of reliability. We went to Honda Kuhn as we found numerous favorable reports on line, and it was fairly close to us. When we arrived on site, we were greeted (not attacked), by Alexandi Gregory. To really shorten this review, let me just say if you ask for Alexandi, you will be pleased. True, no pressure assistance that was very helpful. He knows the Honda vehicle lineup, and the specific differences between model years of the same vehicle (2014 LX to 2015 LX), and between models (LX, Sport, EX), of the same vehicle line. We took three vehicles on test drives (LX, Sport, CRV), and he was informative without being obtrusive. After all the time we spent with him, we told him we had to look at other vehicles. He politely provided his contact information, and asked nothing in return (at other dealers we could not test drive a vehicle without signing in and providing copies of our drivers license!). We continued our research for another week, and settled in on the Honda Accord LX. We went back to Kuhn (after reviewing numerous web sites on what vehicles our actually selling for in our area (try truecar.com, for one). We hunted down Alexandi Gregory because we knew he was the person we wanted to buy from. We had looked over the Kuhn new car inventory before going, and Alexandi was quick to identify each car on site. With all the prior research, we were quick to settle in on a specific car. No games, no wasted time, we were quick to reach agreement on a price that was at the low end of what our research indicated was an excellent price.. Well over 10% below MSRP, we were very pleased. The only bad part was that so many people had purchased cars that day, that it took a painfully long time to get the paperwork complete (and we paid cash!). We had a great experience and got a great price on a great vehicle, but took three hours of waiting at the end. Fix the closing process and Kuhn will be unbeatable! More
