I bought a 2014 Honda Accord, and traded in my 2010 TDI Jetta. Ryne Pinto was very easygoing, knowledgeable, and did not pressure during the process. I would say I had done more research than average related to the model, what I should pay, and what my trade-in value was. I had selected Kuhn as 1) I had a good experience buying my TDI Jetta from Kuhn in 2010 in terms of both the process and the price; 2) I had a good experience with Kuhn VW service during the almost 4 years that I owned the Jetta; 3) other dealerships I visited during my research could not match Kuhn in terms of the deal I could get on the transaction as a whole. Notably, I live on the west side of Pinellas county, so there were 2 or 3 other dealers closer to me but I still decided on Kuhn (again). This does not mean to say that you will not have to negotiate at Kuhn--you will, just like at any other dealer; however, the quality of the people they hire and perhaps their training make for a more professional experience. They were willing to work with me even as negotiations escalated such that I was happy with each person I met and everyone had worked to keep things smooth. I think Kuhn is somehow able to make a better deal than most places--perhaps because they do more volume and are better managed. More
