Great purchase experience with Christopher Doyle. I was in the market for a new car and set my sites on a Honda CRV. My previous car was a 2015 CRV that I loved! It got totaled in practically a head o I was in the market for a new car and set my sites on a Honda CRV. My previous car was a 2015 CRV that I loved! It got totaled in practically a head on crash with a drunk driver. Some assorted injuries to my wife and myself but we walked or limped away from the wreck. Most importantly in a car seat in the back was our 1 and a half year old daughter. She bit her tongue real bad and needed stitches on the top and bottom of her tongue. That was absolutely devastating but it could have been much worse for all of us! The safety features on that car protected us from further damage. So this was about a year ago in early 2017. The Honda CRV treated us well so my plan was to replace it with the same car. But Honda came out with the new version of CRV in 2017 which I knew nothing about. I went to Brandon Honda, where I bought my 2015 CRV. They did not have any 2017’s available so they were selling me a brand new 2016. I had a buddy with me that knows the Honda brand and what is or is not a good price. Safety is of the utmost importance to me since I have a baby daughter. We got to the closing table with the salesman and the financing guy at Brandon Honda and the price they were offering was about $900 more than my buddy felt it should be so we ended up telling them to come down or we were walking out. We ended up walking out. That was the BEST thing that could have happened!! We drove to Wesley Chapel then headed to Kuhn. On the way there Brandon Honda called and said they would come down to our number for that 2016. My friend said we had to check out Kuhn before we agreed to that. And that was the BEST thing that could have happened!! When we got there Christopher Doyle met us with a no-pressure approach. He is soft spoken and very informative. We mentioned safety being a huge concern and he immediately described all of the fantastic safety improvement on the 2017 CRV!! As much as I loved the 2015/2016 version the 2017 blew them away!! Just knowing the safety upgrades convinced me that the 2017 CRV was the only option. Plus the value of the 2017 will hold up much better than the last year of the previous model. Chris helped advise me of what was best for me. He also had 2016’s on the lot and he also did not have any 2017’s that weren’t already sold on his lot. But he knew the 2017 was the right fit for me and my family! He got on his computer and searched for the exact color exterior and interior that I preferred. He found it! We would just have to wait up to I think 30 days or so for it to ship with the potential that it be sooner. So we decided to go for it. My buddy is pretty headstrong on the price so we gave Chris the number we were looking for. He did not flinch and headed back to see about getting it approved. We went back and forth a couple of times and ended up right about where we wanted price-wise! And that price for a brand new 2017 CRV with all of the latest and greatest safety feature upgrades and sweet style features was less than Brandon Honda had offered me for the 2016 CRV! Chris called often with status updates on the shipment. I think it was about 2.5 weekend later that it showed up at Kuhn Honda and I went there and picked it up! Chris was the ultimate professional in every way! He is so easy going and kind yet forceful on finding the right vehicle and fighting for a good price. I love my new car and have him to thank for making it happen!! Thanks again Chris! More

Long story short the people I worked with changed my mind and I will try using their service again soon. The rep I worked with was Pedro. He was professional, nice, and straightforward. We talked on price and he brought in Joel to get us closer on price. Joel was professional, nice, and straightforward as well. Buying a car is a frustrating process. My process was simple where I said I could do this and they said they could do this. Never were they trying to make me feel wrong or change subjects. They also new their inventory well which other places didn't seem to. Joel and Pedro were very easy to talk to and I bought the car from Kuhn solely because of them. Everything about my experience was straightforward and fair. Thank you again Pedro and Joel. I hope you both always work in the same manner with others as you did with me. Wife loves the car. More
