I can’t remember his name, but he had a Boston Bruins coffee cup. I also like the waiting area. There are plenty of chairs and tables and a small children’s area. I love the lady who runs the concession area. She is always so kind and welcoming to everyone. She seems like she really loves her job. More

Not For Veterans I called Kuhn Honda to first get a price on replacing a tire that had picked up a nail. They switched the call to the parts department and the very he I called Kuhn Honda to first get a price on replacing a tire that had picked up a nail. They switched the call to the parts department and the very helpful gentleman in the parts department said they had the required tire for my 2014 Honda Civic. I asked the price and he gave it to me as $95 for the one tire. I then asked if they give a Veterans Discount and he said "Yes" a 10% Veterans Discount. I then brought the vehicle in the Service Garage and spoke with Seth Kalman who wrote up the Work Order for the new tire. While waiting for the service to be done on the 2014 Honda Civic I had the opportunity to speak to a Professional Salesman named Christopher Doyle who gave me some possible purchase options to trade my vehicle in for a 2018 Honda Civic. I was impressed with his sales presentation and was going to consider moving up to the 2018 Honda Civic. Chris even took the time to introduce me to his Manager Ryan Nazir. I was also impressed with his professionalism. I told them I would get back to them within a couple of days if I was going to do anything. Then I went to the Service Department to pay for the tire and service on my 2014 Honda Civic. I looked at the bill and saw the charge on the tire was $115.50. I had told Seth that I thought the price on the tire from the parts department was $95. Seth said that is the size tire it calls for. Then I said the parts department gave me a price of $95 plus a 10% Veterans Discount. Seth says, "No we don't give Veterans Discounts on tires". With that I felt he didn't believe me when I told him I called earlier and that is what the parts department told me. I paid my bill and then went back to the parts counter and wanted to confirm my earlier call about the discount. The gentleman at the counter (I believe it was Carlos), said again "We would have given you a 10% discount on the tire and don't know why the Service Department doesen"t ". Rather than waste more time at the Dealership I decided to "forget about it and forget about trading my 2014 Honda Civic in for a 2018 Honda Civic at Kuhn Honda. I might ad, there are a number of places that Don't give a military discount but at least they say "We thank you for your service " and we will do everything we can to make sure you have a pleasant experience doing business with us. Another great purchase This is the second time we bought a car at this dealership. I think both times we went to check out the HR-V, and both times we left with one. It’s a little saddening I can’t get the Deep Ocean Pearl HR-V like last time, but I think the black color is a nice one too, especially the black seats. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because it took too long getting into the office to deal with the finances; we went in around 6 and left pass 9 and most of the time we spent waiting. This isn’t completely their fault, as they only had one person working at finances at that time. Tyler was with us the entire time and was great company however, so he made the wait bearable. More

We found a Blue 2014 Accord Coupe V6 in the online inventory. She got me an "out-the-door" price quote quickly, so we went to test drive it the next day. With Jessica's great assistance and knowledge regarding the vehicle, we ended up purchasing the car. The Accord has been high-performance and luxury upgrade to my commute! More
