Happy camper thanks for Stephen! After doing some research & speaking with a few companies I decided to go to Steve at Kuhn Honda.. Boy, did I make the right choice! Stephen Restain After doing some research & speaking with a few companies I decided to go to Steve at Kuhn Honda.. Boy, did I make the right choice! Stephen Restaino went ABOVE and beyond what I had expected. Contacted Steve (Stephen Restaino) prior to going in.. Let him know what car I was looking at, the amount of loan I had already been pre-approved for by my credit union & the car that I had for trade in (along with what was left on that loan) to make sure he was able to make it work prior to going in. He assured me that he could and he did!! Honestly, when searching for a car I had not factored taxes & tag transfers into my equation when deciding the amount to ask for on my loan from my credit union... So I realized that I was going to need Steve to work with me MUCH more than I had planned. Steve ended up getting me a LOWER Interest rate with another credit union - 6% LESS than what I was getting with my credit union. He got me a trade in value for more than I probably could have sold my 2007 charger for (It had ALLLLLLLOT of body damage). All this while still getting me the car that I wanted (2012 Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic) & keeping my payment low each month. Fantastic experience. I'm a happy camper! More

Although we unintentionally gave him a hard time trying to view the car, he did not make us feel like we owed him, and was willing to work with us to have the car ready. Stephen answered all of our questions over the phone, and was easy to reach when we had additional questions. He had the car cleaned and ready, and was willing to show us other vehicles in a similar price range. We ended up purchasing a different Accord, and I couldn't be happier with it, thanks to the sales and finance teams. Khun Honda goes above and beyond, and we look forward to purchasing another vehicle with them. More

The rest of the team also did an excellent job. Elijah in service did a fantastic job explaining all the needed repairs on my old car before I decided to trade it in. I had been to other dealerships where I felt like I was being attacked Seriously I was just looking when I walked into the new Khun Honda dealership. I had been to other dealerships where I felt like I was being attacked as I was exiting my car, but NOT at Khun. I was given the opportunity to look around a bit when I was casually approached by Stephen who asked if he could be of assistance. I told him vaguely what I was looking for. He spent the next hour showing me various models with various options he had in inventory. To use the word "Patient" to describe him would be an understatement! He brought out a silver Civic with all the bell and whistles that I asked for, the perfect car for my needs. Then we met Ryne who gave us a rock bottom price right away with no haggling. I cross checked Khun's price with another local Honda dealer and after a half hour of haggling with the OTHER dealership Khin was still considerable less. It was a pleasure buying a car from Stephen and Ryne and all the Khun staff. More
