All those we dealt with were courteous and eager to please. The only other comment is after buying cars for 4 decades you have to find an easier process!!!! It hasn't changed is years. At least we didn't have to walk out on this one, only to be called at home with the deal we wanted. The show room is state-of-the art and should be an example to all others for how to keep customers comfortable during the long buying process. On another topic:I am so very disappointed that with a new car, the sales person comes around while waiting for my service to be taken care of and tries to get me to consider purchasing a new car (for the same amount of Payment)! I fell for that one time with promises of less road noise (not true), better radio (not true) and better gas mileage (also not true). I can no longer trust what a sales person says at Honda. I will not fall for that again! More
