Each used vehicle is assessed additional $4,000 fee called 'Westshore Advantage' which includes low value benefits such as nitrogen tire inflation an Each used vehicle is assessed additional $4,000 fee called 'Westshore Advantage' which includes low value benefits such as nitrogen tire inflation and discounts towards another new vehicle if you get into accident. But the fees don't stop there and on a $23K car they assess over $10K of add ons. Many FL dealers are notorious for extra 'junk' fees, this place appears to be the champion though. I saved about $8K by flying to Michigan and getting the same car with fewer miles and higher trim. And here is the most important bit: This place is out of popcorn on Sundays. More

GHETTO, to say the least. I’ve always had a great experience at Westshore Honda. After seeing on video how my sister and her husband were treated by Michael and Timo Fitzgeral I’ve always had a great experience at Westshore Honda. After seeing on video how my sister and her husband were treated by Michael and Timo Fitzgerald, since they didn’t make a sale, I will NEVER be stepping foot at this location. Shocking to see how grown men can have a hissy fit and treat a loyal customer the way they did. I will not be going to this location when I go in to upgrade my 2022 Honda Pilot and will let other people I have referred know as well to take their business elsewhere. Management needs to get it together because they have done NOTHING to make this right. More
