Good day! I took my car there for an oil change on Friday night. After I picked up my car, I drove about half a mile down the road when I noticed a crack on my windshield. When I left, the service area was closed. I called about an hour later and left a voicemail. I did end up speaking with someone on Saturday who said they would return my call after looking into it. I never received a call. I mentioned that I did not get a video of the work done on my car, nor was there any information on the paperwork I was given. They didn't even wash my car, which I thought was a free service. I would appreciate it if someone could please look into this and give me a call because, as each day passes, the crack is getting bigger and I need to have it replaced ASAP.
