It was a bad experience. From the service department to sales. Back and forth for a week to find out what's wrong with my car paying almost 3k dollars and the car still the From the service department to sales. Didnt get a fair trade for my old car then after I bought the new car it was a hustle to get my paperwork the proof of purchase. Hunting down the financial manager to answer my calls. Until this day. My old car haven't been paid off I keep getting phone call saying I'm late. It was supposed to be a good experience to buy a brand new car. I never thought I could. I work very hard for my money. So this whole thing sucked. But there was 2 people from your company. Miss Jenna service department. And Arman sales. Great kind people. They treat me with respect and care. Not just like a money opportunity. Especially Jenna from service. What a wonderful young lady. Very smart very efficient. I was going to send my ex wife to get a brand new van. But I'm not sure i want her to go through the same thing. More
