I purchased a 2016 BMW on March 24 2025 from Westshore Honda in Tampa FL but down a deposit this day. 3-25 signed contract, set up wire transfer. Funds were in their account on 3-31. I had to call multiple times to try and get signed contract back. This was on April 2nd. Finance manager (Jonathan Martinez) told me they were busy with customers on the floor. He would get info to me when he could. I ask many times for the DMV forms and title. He sent me a text April 4 showing UPS tracking. Would get those out when he could? These had to be signed by me. Overnight forms came April 8th. I over nighted them back. Car was picked up by transport company on April 8th. Arrived on April 12 12PM Came of the truck with a bad /low battery. Engine was running ruff missing and revving up when in the drive way. After about 15 minutes check engine light came on. I could smell burnt oil in the drive way also. Set pictures to sales person by text showing engine light and fluke meter showing 11.90 volts on battery. He texts back saying first thing Monday April 14 sales manager would contact me. Called multiple times on Monday no answers. Beg to get the DMV tags so I could drive it. They came on April 15th. Sales manager finally contacted me Friday April 18th at 1:50pm. Told me sorry about my problem informed me it was almost 10-year-old car with 85,000 miles. Can expect some problems. Told me left there shop OK. They list cars with a saying this vehicle has a real lifetime warranty valid in USA and Canada. It did not cover any of my problems? I now have a $2100 invoice at BMW shop in Appleton, WI. The value cover gasket is leaking 2K to fix that. It appears no one cares when you purchase a car form out of State. I live in Green Bay, WI I still do not have a WI title. My name is Enrique Corujo Esquilin, in April I bought a 2020 green jeep, two days later it started, yellow mark, check engine oil, I called the service department, I spoke with Mr. Caleb, he told me to tak 2020 green jeep, two days later it started, yellow mark, check engine oil, I called the service department, I spoke with Mr. Caleb, he told me to take any jeep, I take a jeep closer to where I live, Prosner Davenport Jeep, I called the warranty to explain the situation, I used extended warranty, they told me that as a client I had to pay 800 dollars to lower the engine, and to them, Jeep changed the codes and also internal leaks in the engine, I took the initiative to return the Honda truck since it is useless, the manager sold me, they did not want to help me, they treated me badly, they wanted to force me and push the truck on me, the salesman was very responsible and professional at all times. They did not even let me water, they gave me no food, the treatment was horrible, I will never return to this place. More
After getting my 2023 Honda Pilot back on 4/25 on 4/29 it again went into limp mode with engine light and other warning lights flashing. This was the 8th time this same issue has happened to this vehicle. I again went into limp mode with engine light and other warning lights flashing. This was the 8th time this same issue has happened to this vehicle. I limped the car back to Westshore Honda where they again gave me a loaner. This is beyond acceptable but I have no recourse. I’ve begun a case with Honda but that cab “take months” to resolve. Next step is hiring an attorney for the lemon law which this vehicle clearly is but that’s quite a process too. Honda could resolve this quicker as it’s a flawed vehicle but they keep “repairing” this vehicle only to leave me stranded for the 8th time. It’s a major safety issue for me, my grandchildren and people with special needs that I transport. Honda needs to step up but has not. Very disappointing and frustrating. I do not feel safe ever driving this vehicle another mile. More
