zayn was great and the only reason we chose to work with this dealership. Austin or first contact sucked and didn’t know what he was talking about and honestly said as little as possible to get us in the do this dealership. Had he been available when we came in and not met Zayn we would have bought a car elsewhere. The process of negotiation was ok. Finance team didn’t try to get us the best rates until we pushed for better option even with our credit being excellent. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone unless they get to work with Zayn because he seems like the only ethical person in the building that we met. More

I just purchased a new 2025 Honda Pilot from Johnny Placeres at Westshore Honda, and I honestly had a great experience. He was super helpful from start to finish and really knew what he was talking abo Placeres at Westshore Honda, and I honestly had a great experience. He was super helpful from start to finish and really knew what he was talking about. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t rush me or pressure me into anything — he actually took the time to make sure I understood everything and was getting exactly what I wanted. He went out of his way with a lot of the little details too, which made the whole process way easier. If you’re going to Westshore Honda, definitely ask for Johnny. He made the whole thing stress-free for me. More
