We purchased our used vehicle for our son last year from Wade and always have had wonderful service with all our interactions. This time was no different as Jeremy (service department) was able to find tim Wade and always have had wonderful service with all our interactions. This time was no different as Jeremy (service department) was able to find time on short notice to get our vehicle in when the heater wasn’t working. This was greatly appreciated considering the severe cold (negative degree temps) that were sweeping across our area. The problem was found and resolved within the same day it was brought in. I found out that my Customer care was superior to other dealerships. Westown took the time to check out my entire vehicle not just do my oil change. I found out that my low tire was more than just a low tire making it hazardous to drive. They informed me of everything that they found to be wearing out. More
