Was concerned that no one was actually listening. I was switched from person to person. I suggested repeatedly that the tire had been plugged by Westown ford. That might be causing tire leak? Thought warranty would cover. Invoice says clips rattling. 22-2322 pertaining to issue. Removed clips and stated in tsb. Charged $140. For this??? More

Three different men who did not listen. This was my third visit that I suggested the tire problem could b with the plug that had been placed in the tire. I did question the charge for clip removal. Understood I would receive call back about charge but have not heard back. Thanks More

Disappointed this problem was not addressed prior to purchasing vehicle with 8k miles on it. Once I reported it though the repair time was less time than expected.
