I don’t understand the policy regarding appointments for car servicing. I went on Tuesday and was told that they couldn’t service my car until the next day. I arrived at 8:30am and again I was told to come car servicing. I went on Tuesday and was told that they couldn’t service my car until the next day. I arrived at 8:30am and again I was told to come back at 2:30pm . Isn’t that a form of booking an appointment? I came back at 2:30 and my car was serviced. My point is that I made 3 separate trips to Westown for services. No complaints about the quality of service, I am very satisfied with it. Just a little puzzled about the booking More
