Returned For Another Positive Experience Having had very positive previous experiences purchasing vehicles from Westile Ford we returned there to to purchase a 2018 Ford Edge. As before "our" salesman Jerry was very friendly, helpful and trust worthy. We did not feel pressured at any time. Westlie Ford employees have always been knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful, whether it be in the Sales, Service or Business department. I went to the dealership and was greeted, asked how she could help I saw the certified used fusion on the website, It was the color I was looking for. I went to the dealership and was greeted, asked how she could help me and showed me the car, pointed out some of the features and asked if I wanted to drive it. On the test drive. she continued to point out features and thanked me for coming. I ultimately decided to buy the car and the sale process went very well. More than I expected I went in for exterior treatment on my new 2019 Mustang. They not only did the treatment but detailed the whole inside including putting my dirty golf I went in for exterior treatment on my new 2019 Mustang. My Flex Power Train Problem Repaired My 2015 Flex experienced a problem with complete power loss unexpectedly in September 2018. My research indicated a throttle body cause, but because t My 2015 Flex experienced a problem with complete power loss unexpectedly in September 2018. My research indicated a throttle body cause, but because the computer codes were erased when the engine was shut off I could not prove it. It was in for work for 10 days, but the shop could not recreate the problem. When I got it back, on the second day I drove it, the problem happened again. This time I did not turn off the engine, but called Westlie's to send someone with a computer code scanner and tow truck. The codes were identified, my car was towed, and it was repaired (replaced the throttle body) the same day. I was frightened to drive it before it was repaired. Freeway speeds and other than right lane driving made me very worried and anxious. I always needed to be where I could coast to a shoulder or parking lot (no acceleration, no power brakes, no power steering). Now with the repair, I'm confident that I'll get where I'm headed. More
