Brought my 2001 F-150 Lightning in for a Tune-Up, walked out the door after 8 spark plugs, a fuel filter, PCV valve, injector service and oil and filter change with a bill of over $1,200.00! Marie said she cut the normal rates to get it that low, but it sure made this 72 year old Vet feel like he’d been taken advantage of. More

I have less than 4000 miles and the seats started looking stretched and too much material after about a week from driving it off the lot. I'm trying to get West Lie Ford to stand by their product and advocate for me back to the Ford motor company. Today Mario told me to take the car to a different dealership. He has stated there is nothing they can do and my frustration is uncalled for. I'm seeking anyone that is having a similar problem with Ford seats. I also have some leak that is soaking my carpet and I've been back twice now to fix it. They won't acknowledge the problem even though the carpet is soaking wet and the blinker is fast like as if the water is causing a short. They told me go take it some place else. I'm shocked and disappointed. Please let me know if you are also experiencing issues with Ford. Top dollar, low quality both from the factory and at the service department. What's happening Ford? More

The car was in great shape inside and out and I drove off of the lot satisfied with my purchase. Great experience ! The next day, Sunday, I drove the car into town and on the way back home, a flashing "check engine light" was coming on and off intermittently. The car would run rough and then straighten out. I was able to get it to the dealership and speak with Matt, the salesman I had been working with. I explained the problem to Matt and he asked me to leave the car with him and he would get things taken care of on Monday. He even gave me a ride back home. Monday, I sweated what would come next. I spoke with Matt in the morning and he said that the car was out being driven to see what might be wrong. Matt called me back a couple of hours later and let me know that the problem was fixed and my car was ready to pick up. I have to say..... things could of gone south at any time, but with Matt's help and the GREAT teamwork that was involved, I got my car back running great and I am really happy with the way things worked out. VERY satisfied customer here. More
2007 F350 Doug did fine. I did think the guy that handled the funds was really rude to Doug. He was very short and condescending. It was almost like I wasn't Doug did fine. Quick Service I was checked in very quickly. Car was serviced- Oil change - at time promised. Less than 45 minutes. Staff was friendly and I will come back again. I was checked in very quickly. Had my side view mirror replaced Broke the side view mirror on my F-150. Called Jen at Weslie and she ordered the part same day (Thursday). Called back on Friday to let me know the Broke the side view mirror on my F-150. Called Jen at Weslie and she ordered the part same day (Thursday). Called back on Friday to let me know the part was in and scheduled me for the next day to have it installed. Installation went fine and they even went the extra mile to remove the sticky residue from where I had tried to duct tape it to the truck. Everytime I have utilized the services from Weatlie, they have exceeded my expectation! More
