I took my explorer in for an oil change. They had a special, 3 oil changes, tire rotations and 10 point check up for $129. Jiffy lube wanted the same just for one oil change! The manager said they would make it right with the key fob. They did order one, it only took three months in the meantime I picked an OEM one up on-line because I knew they were lying when he said he woul fob. They finally called after the three months and said the fob was in. I was right. They wanted three times the price for the same key fob I got on-line and they charged me $100.00 dollars to program mine. Feel free and buy from them at your own risk. You would think a $33,000.00 used car would come with two key fobs, and no hidden broken interior components. More

I’m not going to tank their customer service scores but the 3% credit card fee is a joke. The amount these dealerships make and then to get slapped with a 3% fee is just dumb. It will make me rethink about getting my truck serviced there again. They do have a great friendly staff but ownership needs to give them the tools to make customers happy. More
