Westlie has a poor telephone answering protocol. It is designed for staff convenience not customers. Didn't receive a call or text reporting work is complete. Could not contact courtesy driver and had to make other arrangements to collect my vehicle. I suggest you hire an on site person to handle customer calls, the old fashioned, effective way. Westlie staff were polite but unreachable when needed. More

Yesterday I was taken advantage of by this service team.
