I was about to close a cash deal for a new TUNDRA. I was approached by the sales manager and told that I have been extremely rude to his sales associates. He said that He has had numerous complaints about m approached by the sales manager and told that I have been extremely rude to his sales associates. He said that He has had numerous complaints about me (even though this was the first time i had set foot in the dealership). After my reaction the sales manager started to back track and acted like it was no big deal. I quickly left the dealership and drove home. I was contacted about 15 mins later by a salesman stating that "please come back, our sales manager confused you with another customer". WHAT - ARE YOU JOKING ME? What kind of business makes that mistake and then calls to plead for you to come back because they were rude. GOOD JOB 67Kevin! Way to close the deal! I have never been so embarrassed, appaled, or flabbergasted in my entire life. Please trust me when I say DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. More
