Each time we had the oil changed in our old truck, we would wonder over t This was a year long process for us to decide to custom order our new truck. Each time we had the oil changed in our old truck, we would wonder over to the new trucks and Danny would greet us and graciously host us by answering questions, educating us on features and walking through ordering a new truck. We hesitated for over a year but each and every time Danny treated us like we were important to him and the dealership. Finally one day in December we visited Danny and custom ordered a truck. This is a big deal to us. We are hard working people and a purchase like this was carefully planned. Danny Jacobs was patient as we took our time to custom order our truck he took hours to work to get us the right package for the best price and be sure we had exactly what we wanted and were sure we were pleased. When our truck came in (2 months early) he took his time on a very busy day for the dealership to ensure we were well acquainted with our new truck and were completely satisfied. We left that day feeling appreciated. Everyone was kind and helpful, they talk positively about each other from the sales staff to the finance, maintenance and repair shop. My husband drives a big rig up there every other day, so he went up there checked out the trucks and fell in love with one. A 2000 F350 with super low miles and great price. Two days later I rode up there with my husband to get the truck, so we got there Saturday afternoon. They had the truck ready for me to go, so I drove off the lot and drove 1/4 mile down the road to our motel. I shut the truck off, realized I needed the truck back on and it wouldn't start. After my husband and I having no luck we drove another car back to the dealership and told them what happened. They all got right on it!! They were unable to fix it right then since it was already 4:30 on a Saturday and said it would be Monday before it could get fixed. They kept me informed and updated. Mind you this truck was not under warranty and they still fixed the problem. I think it was the starter relay. At noon on Monday the truck was done and ready to go. Brandon picked me up and the dealership even paid for my two nights at the hotel for the inconvenience. As I was fueling getting ready to get on the road a gentleman in an F350 next to me was commenting on my beautiful truck. I told him where I got it as it turns out that was where he got his and has had great luck there. I was on the road at exactly 1:00, and had a wonderful drive all the way back to Mesa. We will definitely use these guys again, we couldn't be more pleased! More
