My daughter wasn't savvy enough to know that the car they recommended to her was a total wreck. I would not recommend doing business with these people. Can't trust them, and they will take advantage of a female in a disparate situation. More

A sales rep Brandon told me they did not take trades of cars that had been wrecked. My car was in the shop waiting for door parts. The car was repaired and perfect I ordered a 2024 from another dealer Bighorn. Almost did not buy because my car after repair was like new but they gave me a great deal. We bought the Tacoma from Brandon. I gave a 3 because service is good sales are rude, wanted me to buy a new car and sell my car myself. The tax break trading is a better deal. So beware of these sales people they don’t care about the customer just there pocket book More
Vehicles were way over priced to the tune of $5000. This caused me to leave at once when seeing the numbers and prior knowledge of the retail price. This caused me to leave at once when seeing the numbers and prior knowledge of the retail price. More
I worked with Lindsay Burns, who was very knowledgeable, and helpful in my decision to buy. She worked hard to meet my needs. I am very satisfied with her service. and helpful in my decision to buy. She worked hard to meet my needs. I am very satisfied with her service. More
“Chicago” Dan Fleming, from Western Slope Auto, Grand Junction, CO, was very helpful with the order and purchase of our Lincoln Aviator. He kept us informed during the production and delivery process. The sales and finance departments were a pleasure to work with. We ordered our Aviator mid-October of 2021. They offered the order unit under MSRP. It wasn’t built until January of 2022. As soon as the window sticker was available we noticed one of the no-charge options was absent. They immediately reordered the vehicle and we were just recently notified of a build week in mid-April. After further discussion with my wife we figured we either make a deal on the miss-ordered unit or wait for the 2023’s. When we told them we wanted to deal on the miss-ordered unit that had arrived, that finally had the recall completed and was available for sale, Western Slope Auto offered to deduct another $1,500 off of the new vehicle. They also offered within $100 of our Carmax offer on our trade. I would highly recommend Western Slope Auto and Dan Fleming to anyone purchasing a new Lincoln, Ford or Toyota in the Grand Junction area of Colorado. More
Shawn Kyle is great to work with. Highly recommend him as a knowledgeable and pleasant salesman. The overall process was slow considering we had no trade in and paid cash.
