My wife and I had been taking her Honda to Westbrook for service for a few years now so when I needed a new car, it was our first stop. We worked with Larry Bagley and he was extremely personable and profes service for a few years now so when I needed a new car, it was our first stop. We worked with Larry Bagley and he was extremely personable and professional. He was very attentive to our needs and worked hard to find a car that fits our budget and not try and oversell us. After our first visit, we shopped around for similar cars at four other dealerships and found that we wanted to go back to Westbrook to buy a car. When we came back the second time, Larry was helping some other customers so Lauren Jackson helped us to take a car for another test drive. She was also very helpful especially since I wasn't buy the car from her. Overall, I found my experience with all of the sales staff and managers extremely courteous, professional, and not pushy at all. We would recommend to anyone to do business with Westbrook and especially Larry. We will be coming back when my wife needs a new car and asking for Larry specifically. Manu Serohi was our sales representative and he was extremely friendly, curtious, professional and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy and funny. My 15 year old daughter really liked him also. I recently was in the market for a new car and honda was suggested to me....walked into the showroom and was impressed! very courteous and i got hooked up with manu....very friendly and we got down to busi suggested to me....walked into the showroom and was impressed! very courteous and i got hooked up with manu....very friendly and we got down to business...since i knew what i wanted i test drove it and wow! i was sold...manu was very knowledgeable amd likeable....we got down to business ..he offered us coffee etc... we talked about the car , the options that one could add; needed versus luxury...an dthe process began..talking with the insurance....signing paperwork..getting the car ready...the financing...all handled professionally.....there is so much paperwork involved and between manu and chris i got everything signed and processed and explained....manu even helped me straighten out an issue with my insurance....very helpful and manu is there for his buyers.... right up to when iu drove out he was explaining things to me ..making sure i was comfortabloe with the car. also , if needed his help call him and he would help me get it resolved! that is service! listen to the what the customer wants, give them great service and back it up with great customer service....win win! My significant other and I recently decided to buy a brand new car. Our greatest concerns were safety, fuel economy, and re-sale value. We were considering a Honda, as they fit our criteria, and, living on the shoreline, we headed to Westbrook Honda (one of the pristine 'Jon Lorensen' dealerships).It was there that I became acquainted with Manu Seorhi,the salesman that ultimately closed our deal. I've always been leery of car salesmen, but discovered that my man knew Manu and they respected and trusted each other. From the moment I walked in, and each subsequent time, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Manu was knowledgeable, gracious, stunning in appearance, and incredibly funny! Anyone observing us might have questioned whether we were really serious about purchasing a car, as we joked, laughed, and kidded around during our time with Manu! Aside from this, Manu is very serious about the service he offers and manuvered us through the buying process,running back and forth numerous times to further negotiate a better deal through his sales manager, for us. We did purchase a 2012 Honda Civic EX and am happy to say that the entire process was actually enjoyable and stress-free thanks to Manu! By the time we were ready to drive off with our new car, Manu had already set up my phone, set the door locks , showed us how to use our ipod, and was personally removing the 'sticker price' from the windshield, when I realized that I'd found a friend in Manu and look forward to returning for our first oil change or to fix our first ding in anticipation of seeing Manu's big smile and having a few more laughs together. Manu made us feel like family and that's really saying something!! More
Hi everybody we bought the new Honda civic 2012 Ex wow what a great car also it rides so good that we even forgot to test drive the other makes and brands we had on our list. One thing we would definitely like to put out there was we were very nervous to how people are treated during the car buying experience we visited Westbrook Honda as it is our local dealer and we were very defensive of giving out any information to the so called "Car Salesman". Then we came across this great gentleman named Manu Serohi who all along kept on doing all we asked him to do and also answered all our questions for an amazing 2 hrs but did not show any signs of force selling when we came to the negotiations he very honestly asked us for what is our opinion to where we think this car should be priced. Well looking at the car, dealership, great service we thing the car was 2000 dollars worth more than it is on MSRP. Some of you might think this a joke, well let me ask everyone out there when we go to work at our jobs or the line of work we are in and our bosses would like to pay a little less I will not accept that and I believe no one else would too, that is if we are worth our while, similarly we were very fair paid the MSRP of the car as we did not see any reason to lower the price as we were treated with great respect and kindness. We recommend Westbrook Honda very highly and of course not without meeting Manu Serohi. He is also a funny good guy will make you laugh. Thank you for reading. More

We moved from NY to CT at the time our lease was ending on our CR-V. Our dealership in NYC had closed about a year ago so I was happy to find another Honda dealer close to our new home. I called and made an appointment with Manu, we were greeted warmly when we arrived at the dealership, Manu was running a bit behind with another couple so he introduced us to Henry to get our info and start talking about cars. We were not totally pleased with the 2008 CR-V comfort level so we wanted to look at a sedan. Henry actually encouraged us to look at the new CR-V which now has an adjustable drivers side seat. We were happy he showed us this but still really wanted a sedan. By that point Manu was available and took the time to ask what features were really important to us and brought out an Accord. We took it for a test drive and loved it. However we found a snag that as we still had our out of state licenses we could not register the car in CT. No problem, they let us set up the lease and take the car home with us with a dealer plate on the agreement we would get our CT licenses and come back to finish up the registration paperwork. I found everyone at Westbrook Honda to be helpful and friendly. I would recommend them highly and am happy to find such a great dealership close to our new home. More
I had two very different experiences at Westbrook Honda, see below. My 1st experience with Westbrook Honda was a very enjoyable experience. I went in talked to Larry about what I was looking for and what my price range was. He called me the very next day with a car. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I also had a chance to speak with Chris in the finance department, he was also very understanding and helpfull. I would recommend both of these employees to anyone that would be looking for a new or used car. On the down side I had a not so good experience with your finance man Randy. I felt he was very pushy and did not give me the correct information. I beleive he out right lied to me. If it were not for Larry and Chris I would have taken my business to some other dealer. In the long run I am glad I stayed with Westbrook Honda. I love my car and your service people are also very good to work with. I thank all of them for helping me with my purchase. I purchased my first Honda, last year in August. I have been a Chevrolet fan for the majority of my life, but my father convinced me to give Honda a look. When I arrived I was greeted by Manu Serohi as I entered the building. Before we even spoke about cars, Manu was courteous enough to offer me a complementary coffee, which I took full advantage of. With coffee in hand, we then proceeded outside to take a look at some of the used Hondas. Being a college student, I didn't think that a new car was even an option for me. However, Manu discussed my budget with me and suggested that I consider leasing a 2010 Honda, with an option to purchase after the lease expired. He thoroughly explained to me the option, with my best interests in mind concerning payments, insurance, and practicality given the current economic situation. After Manu explained to me how Realtime 4WD worked, I decided that the CR-V was the best option for me(and it really paid off after the winter we had here in Connecticut in 2010!!!) When we sat down to talk numbers, Manu was very understanding of my situation and was constantly going back and forth with his manager attempting to get me the best price. I had previously owned a Malibu Maxx by Chevrolet and was initially quoted at a lower price than I expected to get for it. Again, Manu spoke with the used car manager and was again able to meet my needs in getting a bump up on the quote. We finally struck up and deal, and the car was made ready in the time that I was told, and in a quick and orderly fashion. The car was clean, and drove like a champ. Manu met everyone of my needs in the process and was very understanding of my situation.I would strongly reccommend to anyone looking to buy a Honda to drive down to Westbrook and ask for Manu specifically by name.
