After the arrival of our newborn twins I knew it was time for a bigger vehicle. Having eliminated the minivan category, I settled on a Honda Pilot. I was contacted by Henry right away and I went to Westbrook to see what they had. I was impressed by the inventory of Pilots but I was more impressed by Henry. I knew he would have preferred to get a deal done since it was a slow Saturday but he let me walk out without too much pressure to make a deal. I gladly called back Monday to seal it. I got a good deal on my trade in. Randy was helpful with the financing and the extended warranty. I decided later that I didn't want a black SUV so I called Henry and he found a blue one at another dealership without any hesitation. I contacted Henry the day I was going to pick up the vehicle and asked if he could get a roof rack put on it. Done without question. Henry really did everything I asked, he's a real pro. If you go to Westbrook Honda for a new car ask for Henry by name, he won't let you down. More

I went to Westbrook Honda because my son saw one of their used cars online. When I walked in the building every salesman ignored me, so I just kept walking and in the far corner of the showroom was Manu's d used cars online. Even though I was still at a distance, he looked up and asked if he could help me. I consider myself lucky not to have been helped by the others. Manu is very knowledgeable and is able to convey that information in terms that make sense. He also listened to what I was in the market for and convinced me that a lease of a new car was the way to go. I am a very skeptical purchaser, so I had many conversations and several visits with Manu; he was as patient with me at the end as he was in the beginning. He is a very hard worker and as straightforward as they come. He also stands behind his word. The lease price was not what he had quoted me (through no fault of Manu's), but he apologized and fixed it right away. Manu is unlike any other car salesman with whom I've ever dealt. I wholeheartedly recommend him! More

So when we decided to buy another Honda, we returned to Westbrook and to Sammy. He is always courteous and friendly, never pushy and always patiently works with us to get us the car that is right for us....and the price too! We appreciate all his hard work on our behalf and for his sincere interest in making our purchase as easy and "painless" as possible. I only wish I could give a rating of 10 for Larry. What this man did was way above and beyond the call of duty. He believed in me being able to get a used car more than I did. That confidence and courtesy he extended to me was quite commendable, as I was in complete pain as I had just been in a car accident and could hardly walk into the dealership. This man actually picked out a car he thought I would like and could afford and brought it to my house for my viewing. The minute I saw it's classiness, felt the good thud of closing the car door, and the sound of the engine, I bought it in my mind before even driving it ! After 40 years of buying cars, I announced to all the customers within earshot that I will never go to any other dealership ever again except this one. My first experience with the dealer was on a Saturday. My mom and I walked onto the lot and were greeted by Sammy who introduced himself and let us browse the lot on our own. A tremendous relief to us for we had been attacked by other sales people at other dealers all day. My mom and I left with some good information. A few days later I had decided a honda civic was the car for me. My dad called the dealer at 8pm, an hour before close, and Manu gladly encouraged them to come on down. Manu stayed and talked with my parents in person and myself on the phone through the entire process and got everything ready for my lease by 10pm that night, staying an hour after close and I'm sure longer, to help us out. On Saturday we went to pick up my car and met Sammy again. He came over and talked to us and even though it was Manu's delivery appointment Sammy got us started on everything because we arrived early and I had work later that evening. Sammy was nice and very informative. Manu arrived halfway through and filled up my car and handed me my keys. He turned us over to the manager, Randy, who honestly was not the most personable. But I don't want to ruin the review with that. Manu and Sammy's charismatic personalities and genuine care and concern for my car and my lease made this hands down the best sales experience we've ever had. I highly recommend working with either of these sales professionals. They allow you to browse and look without any pressure. Just be warned that the manager I worked with had that traditional car salesman vibe but luckily you only see them for a few minutes. Thank you Manu and Sammy!!! More

He was also very knowledgeable of all the products he was represting and had a factual answer to all the questions we were asking. We also had a plesent experience in the finace department with Randy Searles which at times can be confusing for anyone. He took the time to go over all documents with us and explain them clearly. I would recommend manu and westbrook honda to anyone looking to buy a honda. Because of manu, my wife and I feel that we found a sales consultant and dealship for a very long time to come. I would also like to thank the service staff for getting the car prepared in a timely mannor and having it look as great as it did. More

It was for that reason we decided to make the purchase of your Honda Accord Coupe. We learned so much from Sammy. We just couldn't get over the how no other dealership covered such an important factor in a vehicle. Sammy definatly put our minds at ease for safty. Larry Bagley also played a big role in our decision on purchasing a car from Westbrook Honda. This purchase was going to be our daughter's first big buy. Larry helped to put her mind at ease by telling her how he too was nervous the first time he made his big purchase. He was able to help her find a car that had all the features she was looking for in a car and at the same time staying within her budget. More
From the moment I parked at the dealership, a smiling sales representative greeted me and offered his help. I knew which particular vehicle I was interested in-- my sister-in-law had just called my atten sales representative greeted me and offered his help. He was able to take me right to it; and after an initial inspection, we went to the office for a cup of tea as we further discussed my needs and plans. Afterwards he accompanied me on a short test drive in the locale-- I live nearby. I was very impressed with the car, and especially with the representative, as he patiently answered my questions. I paid a deposit to hold the car for two days, so I could go home to discuss the matter with my family and my financial adviser-- I am retired, and must proceed cautiously with any significant purchase. I was ready to proceed with the deal when I returned. That day I paid a second deposit and took a longer drive. When I got back from that, I was offered a delicious lunch as we quickly settled on the remaining financial details. I signed the agreement on the spot and made another appointment for three days later, when I brought in a cashier's check for the final payment; the transfer was completed over a cup of coffee. Throughout I enjoyed a very pleasant experience, and I never felt pressured or rushed. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future, and can honestly recommend it to any of my friends and acquaintances. More
