How’s the investigation going? Been over 2 months since you responded and over 9 weeks since I contact Westbrook about the last incident. I emailed Dave the GM with additional information and called several times and was told you were busy. So much for striving for any customer support or satisfaction! Everybody take note, Manchester Honda takes care and respects their customers ….. and their rates are almost half that of Westbrook …. All certified Honda Technicians!! In my case, Closer to home, in and out in 30 minutes, pleasant advisor, half the price of Westbrook and they had no problem filling the crankcase to the proper level.
