Thank you Manu and Ron for making this transaction smooth and painless. Thank you Ron for working with me over the phone and finding me the car I wanted. 1RST TALK TO MANU ON THE PHONE RE TRADING ACURA MDX 2003 FOR HONDA CRV. HE WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY (NOT PUSHY) ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS RE THE TRADEIN CAR AND RE NEW CAR. LOOKED LIKE WE COULD MAKE A DEAL. FOR HONDA CRV. HE WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY (NOT PUSHY) ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS RE THE TRADEIN CAR AND RE NEW CAR. LOOKED LIKE WE COULD MAKE A DEAL. I WAS CONCERNED DRIVING ONE HOUR TO WESTBROOK WITH THE ACURA IN GREAT NEED OF REPAIR, THAT MANU WOULD NOT PURSUE OUR PHONE CONVERSATION, BUT JUST TRY TO MAKE A SALE. MANU HAD BEEN TOTALLY HONEST WITH ME SO I BOUGHT THE NEW CAR. THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD, I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED. AFTER THE SALE, MANU EXPLAINED ALL ABOUT THE CAR NEVER RUSHING ME AND MAKING ME WELCOME TO CALL HIM IF I STILL NEEDED INSTRUCTIONS. I PURCHASED THE GPS, AND IT WAS COMPLICATED FOR ME TO NAVIGATE. Manu was extremely helpful when we bought our new 2013 Accord. He explained each of the vehicle features and showed us different trim levels until we found a car that we were happy with. We have purchased 2 new vehicles and lease/financed two other new vehicles from Westbrook Honda in the past 6 years. Manu Serohi was the salesman we dealt with regarding the lease financing in the last tw other new vehicles from Westbrook Honda in the past 6 years. Manu Serohi was the salesman we dealt with regarding the lease financing in the last two years. I always consider purchasing or leasing a new vehicle a great big headache similar to having a root canal. Manu has steered us well through the process and has assisted us in working out glitches based on our specific needs. He is very courteous, professional, and trustworthy.
