I was completely frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience at Westbrook Honda. I spent 4.5 hours at the dealership and was forced to drive away after I thought the deal was sealed. Much to my dismay, when I went to sign the papers, the deal had changed. The defining issue was accessories. During the initial discussion with my sales rep, Larry Bagley, I stated all accessories necessary for me to buy the car which were comparable to a similarly priced 2013 Toyota Sienna. We agreed that the accessories would be included for the price of $34366. When the initial contract was brought to us to sign, I questioned Larry on the figures. Confused I asked him point blank, “are you eating the accessories?” He said quote “ yes, we are eating the accessories and it was included for tax purposes only” unquote. Unfortunately, this was not the case when it came time to sign the papers and we were forced to end the sale. Larry “ apologized” and said he spoke in error. There was no ambiguity when he gave me a verbatim repeat back when asked about who was paying for the disputed items. I am a Naval Officer with over 22 years and my service has instilled a strong sense of integrity. That was lacking at Westbrook Honda. I felt like I was being played by Larry Bagley. I was only looking for a fair deal and confident that any issues could have been resolved if raised in a proper manner. Even after I sent an email to the General Manager, Ron Bachta, describing my unsatisfactory experience, I received only a call from the sale manager apologizing for the "confusion". However, the day was not a total loss because my wife and I knew that the 2013 Odyssey was the car for us and we ended up buying the mini-van from Cardinal Honda. The switch saved us $40 per month in a 60 month loan. If you want a fair deal and honest broker, go to Cardinal Honda! More
Women beware! It was only after getting a male friend on the phone that negotiation took place or phone calls returned. My husband and I went to just look at Honda Pilots. However, we left that night with a brand new Pilot. The personnel at Westbrook Honda did an excellent job of "winning" my business. The initial introduction was through Don Shepard and then the detail of the Sale was picked up by Sammy Amer. I had already had some less than satisfactory sessions with other dealers from out of the area so I found the professionalism and thoroughness here to be like a breath of fresh air! More

Friendly atmosphere - When I arrived Manu Serohi immediately opened the door and welcomed me into the showroom. We were immediately greeted on the lot by a friendly salesman, Sean Bowen, even though it was a cold and rainy afternoon. We first spoke to Sammy and he was very helpful, he handed us over to Manu because we had worked with him before and he was very helpful also. There was very little haggling like other times that we have leased cars, which was also appreciated. We had to come back the next day to pick up the car and Manu greeted us and brought us in to sign the papers with Randy. Randy was also friendly, quick and to the point. This was by far the best experience we have had at a car dealership. More
