An Outstanding Team I walked in Thursday morning to buy a new car to replace one that was recently totaled in an accident. I knew I would probably have to wait at least a few days to take delivery. I was offered a loaner to use during the wait. Shortly after returning home, I received a call from Sammy; the car would be ready at 5:00 PM that same day! Great customer service from Henry! We wanted to make sure Henry was recognized for his outstanding customer service. He worked with us in December and January to arrange the purchase We wanted to make sure Henry was recognized for his outstanding customer service. He worked with us in December and January to arrange the purchase of our Honda Odyssey, and he was extremely helpful with all of our requests. Last Saturday, when we picked up the new minivan, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready. He then spent a lot of time with us in the new minivan going over every feature and function, saving us lots of time. He was fantastic - he set up our phones, explained how everything worked, and made the whole experience great. Thanks again! More

The price was right and Henry took the time to get our paperwork processed and answer our questions. We were able to take the car for a test drive by ourselves and that's a plus. We were able to take the car the same day and my girlfriend loves driving it. I've been in 4 Honda dealerships in CT and they are all excellent people to deal with but Westbrook Honda is the place to go. More
