Dealership personnel--2018 Equinox purchase, data provided. I'll begin at the beginning. We were cordially greeted by our salesman who introduced himself, and we gave our data. He showed us the vehicles where I'll begin at the beginning. We were cordially greeted by our salesman who introduced himself, and we gave our data. He showed us the vehicles where we had expressed interest. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and extremely patient with all of our questions which gave us a clear understanding of the vehicle we finally decided to purchase with a satisfied feeling that we were getting exactly what we wanted in a new car (all electronic) which I might state was a brand new experience for us, and of course mostly foreign because we have not purchased a new car since 1987. Our clerk who handled the paperwork was gratefully very informative, explaining each data sheet covering the vehicle we had chosen and we left happy because everything was taken care of for us. Any friends who may express an interest in our vehicle we will be happy to refer them to West Side GM and we'll even give them the name of our salesman--he was great, By the way so was the sales manager. We were made to feel very welcome at West Side by all the staff we met and did not feel pressured to make a purchase.. The Equinox was immacutely clean==very impressive. No improvements in our visit are not required. Total satisfaction start to finish driving away in our new 2018 Equinox. Thanks to everyone. I'm out of room. More

Making My Dream Vehicle a Reality I've been going to Westside GM for years. Both to purchase new vehicles & for service. They've never let me down. My husband and I purchased 2 GM truc I've been going to Westside GM for years. Both to purchase new vehicles & for service. They've never let me down. My husband and I purchased 2 GM trucks and 1 car from their very friendly sales team. My daughter recently purchased a car as well. We love the service department. Jeff always explains things very well and treats us honestly and fairly. We also loved Dick, who recently retired. Today Ozzie, who I've known for years, Tom, our wonderful sales associate, and Julia in finance gave me a beautiful experience. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. What a beauty!! My husband passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago and this is the first vehicle I have ever purchased alone. It was both a bittersweet and wonderful day. Thank you Westside GM for taking such great care of me and for giving me such a sweet deal! More

Friendly, fair, professional. I enjoy going to the dealership when I'm shopping for a vehicle. They generally have a nice inventory so you can get a good feel for the market. Based on internet comparisons, they price their vehicles fairly. Make no mistake though, they are a business their goal is to make a profit still they work to find a compromise that works for them and their customer and they do that in a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
