To date West Side was my worst car buying experience. They tried to pull tricks and completely alter the deal that was already agreed upon, then when I wouldn’t agree said they were just going to put the They tried to pull tricks and completely alter the deal that was already agreed upon, then when I wouldn’t agree said they were just going to put the truck back on the lot and sell it and wouldn’t hold it 1 day till Monday . Mind you the details of the deal were already agreed on prior to me driving an hour out there, I held up my end of the bargain they did not, even though I went over the details with the salesmen i was working with a half dozen times or more so there wouldn’t be any surprises that day. I will never go to West Side again nor recommend anyone I know go there. In the past year I bought a truck from them, as did a co-worker from the railroad I sent to them on recommendation. Now, I will do quit the opposite and go out of my way to let others know how bad they treat customers. People please just pay attention to how dealerships treat customers when the supply of vehicles is low, and remember that for when things get back to normal. West Side just lost a customer for life. More

Over the years I think we have purchased 6 or 7 new vehicles at West Side and just recently a used Buick. Jeff worked very hard for us trying to find exactly the type of vehicle we were looking for. He vehicles at West Side and just recently a used Buick. Jeff worked very hard for us trying to find exactly the type of vehicle we were looking for. He touched base with us daily, keeping us updated. He found exactly what we were looking for at an auction. He brought it in and had the mechanics go through it. Also did some light scratch touch ups and put on a clear coat on the exterior as well as an entire interior cleaning. WOW! Obviously we are real happy. We have been a Customer since the 90's.
