I had a poor potential buying experience close to me. I searched other dealership reviews, and Classic seemed the only dealership worth trying. So, I decided to go with the dealership furthest away from I searched other dealership reviews, and Classic seemed the only dealership worth trying. So, I decided to go with the dealership furthest away from me in Katy. I’m so glad I did! William put a lot of additional effort into getting me into the vehicle I wanted. He sent me videos which put a face to the messages and a better view of the vehicle. My vehicle was not on their lot, but William worked hard to get it for me. He kept me updated every step of the way. Truly above and beyond. Brayon in finance really knows his stuff. Financing really went smooth. Overall an excellent experience. Classic Elite has a great team. More

Overall the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The sales person that I work with did a fair to good job. After that, it went downhill the financing department and processing purchasing a vehicle. The sales person that I work with did a fair to good job. After that, it went downhill the financing department and processing of the paperwork was a nightmare. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place the absolute worst professionalism and customer service that one could imagine. More
