Great experience all around-from setting the appointment (which included reserving loaner) to completion of service/repairs. They handled my oil change & reminded me of other service items needed (fluids, f (which included reserving loaner) to completion of service/repairs. They handled my oil change & reminded me of other service items needed (fluids, filters etc). They worked with my (reputable) extended warranty co. to get/confirm coverage for several repairs that indeed were covered under my ext. warranty! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My car was returned clean, well-serviced, undamaged and in a timely fashion. I’ve had 3 Infinitis here for service over the years, going back to 2005. Definitely recommend. More
